No elevator so have to lug everything upstairs. We booked a king. They tried to give us two queens. Even after I said we booked a king The location was great and the place was clean and safe

This is the cleanest hotel room I’ve seen. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Everyone was polite. It’s very walkable to many shops and restaurants. I recommend this inn.

Breakfast was badic and primarily focused around waffles but had other breakfadt items. Great all-in-one coffee, cappuccino machine.

This is a nice inn in Kennebunk, with good-sized, comfortable rooms. Service is friendly and helpful. It has a decent continental breakfast.
It is located only a short walk from the restaurants of Kennebunkport's Dock Square. For less crowded restaurants, there are several in the opposite direction on the Kennebunk side, including one that offers full breakfasts.

Very nice hotel right in town of KPT! Restaurants and shopping right down the street. Hotel and room were quaint, very clean, updated and comfortable. Only reason we did not give it 5 stars was we were in the main bldg (that had 3 floors) but no elevator. Ty:)

We spent a week traveling the coast of Maine and stayed in B+Bs along the way. The Kings Port Inn is in a great location - right in the heart of town. Very walkable and convenient. It is a little tired and rooms are nothing special, but the location made it a great experience.

The hotel was very convenient to lots of shopping and dining. Just a few minute walk to the harbor area. We did the Eco Tour whale watching and it saved us having to pay for parking being only a 3-minute walk to the boat. Room was clean, large, and comfortable.

The overall room was average with a king size bed. The bed/pillows were comfortable. Continental breakfast, tv with cable, and wifi included.
We didn’t spend much time at the hotel but it is within walking distance (like a block) of the downtown area and about a mile walk to Gooch’s and Colony Beach. We would stay here again.

The staff person at checkin was very welcoming and very helpful with suggestions for gluten free restaurants in the area. She called us following checkin to provide additional information.

Great hotel, spacious comfortable room. The staff was especially accommodating, as we arrived earlier than the check-in time (not expecting our room ready, just hoping to drop off bags) and they made extra effort to have our room prepared within the next 10 minutes.

Breakfast was perfect. Cappuccino espresso machine was a treat. Homemade waffles were yummy. All hotel staff were nice hospitable and very professional.

Location was perfect. The property was outdated but very clean and we actually enjoyed the charm. The staff was very nice and helpful. Stayed only one night while traveling with my daughter and we felt very safe.
