we have a room with balcony and sea view. It was clean, big (for 2 person), balcony is safe against rain (unfortunately one day was rainy) and really nice view we had La Maddalena and the harbour. Breakfast was good and enough.

Great location easy walk to Porto and restaurants. Very noisy in the room you could Hear people on the next room. Breakfast average not much choice.

Big and comfortable room, big bathroom, wardrobe,, big mirror, fridge, AC. Only the hairdryer was not good but they lent me a good one. Breakfast very good (fruits, eggs, yogurt, breads, croissants, cakes, cereal, etc). The hotel is very near to restaurants and ferry boat. You can go walking 5 min or so. Also is a good alternative to go to La Madalena spend a day. Also It’s 30-40 min by car to Olbia. Many boat tours towards La Madalena start in Palau. So could be a good choice stay in Palau and get the ferry or tour to Madalena. Thomazzo and Ciara who work at the reception are very kind. I had a good time and highly recommend.

We loved our stay at Hotel Piccada. It is conveniently located near the port (5 min walk),with plenty of options to dine out. The staff is amazing and provided us with awesome recommendations. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast offers lots of choices, even gluten free items. Parking in the area was a bit of a challenge, but the hotel staff was prompt to suggest options. We always managed to find some parking nearby or on the hotel property. Overall our stay was very pleasant.

We had a nice room at the top of the hill which requires a car to get to. It’s a family room with view to the harbour. We enjoyed our stay in Palau for one night

The employees were very sweet and helpful. Tomaso especially went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. The free breakfast is amazing :))

Great location. We were on the highest level so lots of steps and several slopes to get to our room. Wonderful sea views and good breakfast.

Nice hotel within walking distance of the beach and all the bars, restaurants and shops in Palau. The breakfast was good but because of Covid, you had to be served everything by a member of staff which was a bit awkward when they didn't understand our pigeon Italian!

The hotel was in a great location for a quick stop in Palau before and after a boat tour of the archipelago. A quick walk to the ports and small town. The lady at reception and all of the staff around were very pleasant.

We like the location for the hotel. Close to everything and not disturbing enviroment, clubs etc. Big room, nice breakfast, serviceminded employees, nice balcony, free parkingspot and AC. The AC was a little bit noice and the neighbour sounds throw the wall. We din’t have any elevator to 7’e floor

Wonderful stay, everyone who worked there was really friendly. Nice lobby to hang out with friends. Excellent breakfast! Parking is tight but available on site. Rooms basic but definitely clean!

Very comfortable, very cozy. Excellent staff. Very tasty breakfast. Not far from seaport. The room has air conditioning. It’s very important in this city. Because the weather in summer is too hot. At the reception a lot of information booklets. Restaurants within walking distance

Everything was ok, employment was always ready to help you. They give you a good ideas for trips and beaches. If we return to Palau, we for sure reserved this hotel again.

Good location at walking distance of everything, parking slots for the car. Staff nice and helpful. We had the room with balcony (quite big) and view on the city / harbour / sea (quite nice). Mattress not that comfy, the kind that waves whenever your partner moves (even a little bit). Breakfast good, many different things available. Good price for value.

Hotel is outdated, inculeded the furniture. Breakfast is simple were people have to share tables because to narrow. Not expect this for almost 100 euro.

Loved this hotel. It is a short walk the port and downtown Palau. Friendly staff and yummy breakfast. The room we stayed in had an amazing view and was very spacious.

We sttayed in a balcony room, which was very spacious with good air conditioning and a refrigerator. The front desk service was great. The room had lots of space and shelving for luggage and included a drying rack for towels and bathing suit and a couch and table and chairs. We liked the location and Pula.

We stayed for 10 nights in mid September. The hotel was still fairly busy. Our first impression of the hotel was that the publicity photos had been taken a long time ago. The room was basic. We had paid for a seaview which we got. Unfortunately there was a very strong and unpleasant smell of drains emanating from the bathroom. The cleaner regularly combatted this with bleach but the smell returned by the evening. The overall standard of cleanliness in the room was acceptable and towels and sheets were changed regularly. We tried to buy a drink at the bar one evening but without success as the male receptionist would not serve us. We are unsure why as the female receptionist the night before was happy to do so. The breakfast was adequate with a reasonable choice of food available. Overall we were left with a feeling of disappointment and felt that the hotel was not up to the standard we had hoped for.

The hotel is three minutes walk away from the centre of Palau and so was lovely and quiet at night. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and appreciated our attempts at speaking Italian. There are a couple of small beaches around Palau -one is a blue flag beach. We were fortunate enough to have friends with a boat who took us to many of the archipelago'sbeaches. La Madalena is a short ferry ride away and buses will get you to Olbia airport and St Theresa.

We stayed here for a week here in August whilst visiting friends who have a holiday home in PalauThe room was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly. The hotel is three star and so is very comfortable and pleasing. Our room was a good size and very quiet. There was a fridge in the room and a fairly wide range of things to eat for breakfast. The room was spotless although the furniture was a bit dated. the shower was powerful, though.

Great location, lovely staff, great of the view of the bay from the room. Absolutely no reservations in recommending this hotel.

The room is a little dated but it is still ok. Free Wifi is good but a bit slow. We had room at the ground floor but it would've been nice if we could have a top floor with a nice view.
