On a week long road trip with my daughter and Cranbrook was our last overnight stop. We arrived late and the parking lot was pretty full. We checked in with no problems and walked to our room on the ground floor, opened the door and looked straight at 4 men sitting outside our balcony door. It was so shocking my daughter walked over and closed the curtains and tied them shut with an elastic. Maybe they should implement closing curtains. Being on the road for 9 hours we just wanted to get into bed. We checked the beds, as we always do, and found the sheets on one bed was stained. I didn't call the front desk because the stain was on the edge of the bed and when we arrived there was a gentleman standing at the front desk waiting for coffee that he requested over an hour ago. I did not want to wait. I just put a towel down and went to bed. The next morning, I got up and went to take a shower. I turned it on and then stepped in. As I was rinsing, I turned around to face the shower head and saw it was covered in grime. I gagged. It was horrible. Since I was already in the shower I quickly finished. My daughter passed on taking a shower. We packed up, went to the front desk to let them know and show them a picture and the lady said, oh no, I'll be sure to tell housekeeping. I said that's it? I was hoping for at least a sorry. She just awkwardly smiled. I left before I said something I would regret. I would NEVER stay here or recommend it!!!

The property is well situated and clean. We had a small problem with check in but really enjoyed breakfast.

AC is nice amenity but noisy. Thank you for microwave! Decent breakfast was appreciated. Games room is a fun addition. Online checkin is a good idea but I wasn't comfortable with sending a photo of my ID.

Check in with four people in front of me took more than 45 minutes. Downhill from there tired noisy hotel

We three stayed one Sat. night in early Sept. on the third floor. The Good: on the main highway, easy to find, lots of parking; clean; comfortable beds; big entry closet; small balcony with chairs overlooking pool. Large breakfast area with good selection. The Bad: took 25 min! to check in due 2 couples modifying their stay with only one staff member on hand; only 4 paper cups, one tea bag, and one sugar/creamer envelope in room - no plastic water/drink glasses; only one ice machine for the place at the far end of 2nd floor; at breakfast the only eggs were an "omlette station" staffed with the only worker in the 50 seat room - it was slow because she also had to refill coffee urns and replenish the milk! Overall our stay was OK, but check in was terrible. . We got the impression that the hotel was understaffed and suffered from good plans that were poorly executed.

Very comfortable stay at this Days Inn. Got a ground floor room as requested , check in/out was quick and efficient. Attached Indian restaurant is excellent.

The property is showing its age and needs to be renovated. The room was also dated and worn. The curtains had hole in them and stained. The room smelled like someone had smoked in it particularly the bedding.

Sorry this place right next to a busy busyHighway just too much - sounds like your sleeping in an airport - and blankets i hate places that practically give you a heavy sheet - Breakfast is great yummy omlets n breakfast meats and Staff is great - just be a heavy sleeper

A/C fan was noisy, but otherwise a decent stay.

Our room didn’t have functioning AC or a shower that drained properly… the omlete bar is a nice touch but overall not a great experience.

Super clean facility, staff was friendly and the breakfast was awesome... Good job everyone...

The only issue was that part of the reason I booked here was the pool which was closed Due to contamination.

Super friendly staff. We were just passing through Cranbrook for the day/night. It is in an older building right in the middle of the main strip. They have a good breakfast included, a small gym, patio/small pool and a small arcade.

Great Indian food at the restaurant. Excellent Breakfast. Clean and quiet.
