An excellent hotel with very friendly staff in all departments. We had a room with a balcony which had fabulous views of Levante. We ate in the D-vora restaurant one night of our stay, wonderful food and good quality service.

Lovely hotel and the breakfast selection, and the view, are amazing. Perfect location and quiet at night. The cheapest rooms are very small, that's the only downside I found.

Lovely hotel, clean, friendly loyal staff and always willing to help. Receptionists were very helpful especially Carlos who was very knowledgeable for this area (Benidorm) and full of ideas on places to visit.
Lovely a la carte breakfast with stunning view from the diner area.
We will certainly visit this hotel again.

This beautiful hotel is located in the most stunning place, the staff and service is amazing. Breakfast beyond fabulous. We were located next to shops, bars, restaurants, beaches, boat trips, everything. Can't wait to go back. 5*

lovely hotel but feel the pool on the roof is unsafe as very slippy around the edges and uneven footings. My father fell and hurt himself trying to get into it..!

What an amazing hotel. So glad we stayed here from the moment we arrived we were taken care of by a friendly courteous and professional team.our room was very clean and comfortable, great shower, the most comfortable bed and views from a balcony that would easily rival any other property. Cannot wait to book this hotel again.

A great location. Nice, clean hotel with top quality staff who provide a good service. The only negative matter I noticed was the poor A/C in the room. The A/C failed to cool down the room. In fact it could only provide warm air with a sewage type aroma. Most unpleasant.

Very central right next to the Castle viewing area with fantastic views of Benidorm. Fabulous roof top bar and even a small spar pool with a vista out to sea.

Wouldn't consider anywhere else in Benidorm having stayed in this lovely hotel. From our arrival to our departure the staff were professional, efficient, friendly and helpful. All food is freshly cooked by a highly competent chef. Breakfasts couldn't be better for the choice of food and the service (thanks Camilo and gang). Excellent location that looks right out to a picturesque view of the sea. 10/10. Thanks to all the staff there for a memorable and relaxing holiday.

I would like to thank your staff for their friendly service during my stay. The breakfast was particularly good, and the staff made my visit enjoyable. However, I noticed that the pillows in the room were not comfortable, affecting my sleep negatively. Additionally, the fragrance in the lobby was too strong. I hope you can review both the quality of the pillows and the intensity of the fragrance, providing better options for future guests. On a positive note, I want to emphasize the excellent location, especially for those without a car.

This hotel was a great choice for Benidorm. The staff were fantastic and extremely helpful. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Views from the rooftop stunning. The location was perfect. I couldn’t fault the place. Five stars from me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very modern but traditional. In a quiet peaceful area of the Old Town.
Stayed 1 night only as I was meeting my daughter next day to move a bit further round the coast. Only thing I missed was a balcony but I did have a bit of a sea view. Would stay again for an overnight stay.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff in amazing location. Rooms well equipped. Staff was very accommodating with check in and check out times which allowed us to maximise our stay in the area. Breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend it.

I loved the way the staff was doing everything to make your stay the best. I loved the fact the hotel is right at the beach. Only negative thing I can think of is the fact there are no free parking spots.

Very nice newer hotel in top location, perched high with an amazing bay and sea view. The beach is steps away and all the action with restaurants, bars, shopping etc down the street. Excellent service and breakfast on the ocean view terrace. The jacuzzi on the rooftop lounge was great with an amazing view. Note that you will have to park a few hundreds yards down at private parking ($25) and that TV selection is extremely poor ( no Netflix, YouTube or cable channels). The rest was fantastic and I would surely stay again.
