Hot tub and pool were directly chemicals off caused infection hotel staff did nothing when we told them.

We enjoyed our stay here and would have given a good reading but the chemicals in the pool or hot tub were off upon returning home we had infections my toe nails turned green and my wife had infections in her legs from bacteria in the pool/hot tub.
I called to file a complaint and they said “ I’m sorry to here that” no offer of compensation or anything.
I asked for a call back from management and never received it.

This was a last minute Christmas visit to Dunedin and this place was great. On the outside it looked a bit like an old school 50s style hotel but the rooms were spacious and modern with a king size bed and kitchenette and a deck. The best part was the hotel Tiki bar right on the ocean. Great place I’d definitely go again.

Although the hotel is a little dated, We were pleasantly surprised. Beautiful view and pleasant staff. We will stay there again. (Wife joined me on a business trip)

Property made a great come back after Hurricane Helene and Hurricane Milton. Have stayed here many times. This unit basically had to closest - just a vast with hangers in a cabinet. And a dorm size refrigerator. Whereas all other units we have stayed in had a real closet and fill sized refrigerator.

I was very satisfied with my stay. Live local, and like to get away sometimes and I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel… ocean view was beautiful!! Very clean, very nice room I honestly didn’t to leave lol I ended up staying another day that’s how much I enjoyed my stay there. I recommend this hotel to everyone. Oh, everyone who worked there, went above and beyond and were very nice!! Thank you so much for a nice little get away.

I cannot say enough about this place. From the time you register. To the time you go to your room and see how beautiful it is. To if you need anything at all the maid service is absolutely amazing. To the food and drinks downstairs at the pool absolutely amazing cannot explain to you how we had such a good time. Every part of that hotel every person we met was professional very helpful and just absolutely amazing. The three girls that I deal with it registration were phenomenal and everybody else there was two thank you for a wonderful weekend

The room was fine. Wall unit for air and heat. The room was very clean and accommodating as were the staff! Office is located on second floor with only stay access so be aware! Exterior older than pics show but overall a good stay!

It was a great visit however, the room that I had booked was not available so I ended up getting a room that they said was the same amount when I come to find out it actually wasn’t it. It was a nice room, but I did paid for an oceanfront room and I didn’t get the front and I still charge the same amount. I applie discounts and used this because where did apply my key cash plus my rewards and extended for two more nights, however, we are being evacuated and need to get a hotel.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The pool was nice, lounging on the pool deck watching the sunset over the Gulf was great. The entertainment was good also. The room was nice. I've read dated in some reviews but I think dated in a good way. The wicker furniture and look of the room fealt like a tropical retreat. All of the important things in the room were updated. New A/C, newer countertops, renovated bathrooms. I will stay there for a longer stay the next time. Close to Clearwater attractions and close to where we're were visiting. We enjoyed going to Tarpon Springs sponge docks a lot

The pretty cut glass designer door allowed light in 24/7. At night I need a dark room and with the glass door the parking lot lights kept the room bright as well as early morning. The A/C. was so loud the first night after tossing & turning I had to switch it off. The kitchenette was ok, not complaining because the price was alright. The resort itself was quiet, no road noise. The shower was great. Only complaint was with my 2 night stay was pretty sleepless.
If I return it will be when it’s cooler so I won’t need to have the A/C on.

A beautiful getaway on the intercostal, stunning sunsets. The rooms are well equipped and quiet. Washer and dryers available for cleaning the beach wear. Plenty of pool towels available at the pool and hot tub. Walking trails and parks near by as well as downtown Dunedin.

Everything was great the studio room is perfect for 2 people walk everywhere bar restsurant and pools were just right for the price of the resort. The staff were very gracious

Well the first night the toilet got clogged up and of course maintenance was unavailable for a few hrs. Problem fixed . 2nd the bed was horrible. Most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on especially for the money we paid.
Views were amazing though!

Upon check in cops were all over the parking lot than checking in got the wrong room I reserved waterfront instead I got a view of the dirt side looking at the the wall and in the windows belonging to the hotel next door got in the room looked nice then I sat on the bed and slid off just to say the worst mattress ever we barely slept and to boot I got sick we only stayed one night and left on Friday the 5th. Absolutely the worst and it was all for my wife's birthday. I want compensation back😡

We had a King room w/ balcony overlooking the water, it was really lovely. Viewed lots of wildlife in the water and in the air. The room is comfortable and has a full size fridge and coffee maker which makes packing for beach day easy! We were concerned that the tiki bar and pool below us would be loud, but they are quiet by 10. The locals at the bar use the pool area and can get rude and foul mouthed, but that's what you get in a lower cost establishment. You can use the hotel "guest only" pool too, but that was filled with screaming kids. But for that view, im not complaining - it is a really great location. Will def stay there again. The staff were friendly - but don't expect any housekeeping, bidenomics I guess.
