SO arriving at 12:30 am from the airport was easy we called and they sent the van. But we should have reserved that the day before so just be aware.
Check in was quick, the employees are very helpful.
However on arrival to the room the door jam was broken. A bit flailing around that really did not take all that long but seemed to me since I was sleepy and we were upgraded to an executive suite. Quite a nice room.
As usual the bed was super comfortable and even though we faced the road was nice and quiet.
We missed the included breakfast but at 11am the kitchen was ready and they with a little prompting were quite willing to make us some eggs, bacon and toast.

When I arrived I made a reservation for 2 beds and they gave me a room with one bed, and charged me the same price as the room with 2 beds.

Great space to relax. Excellent customer service, wonderful accommodations, food, bar, gym and spa, as well as airport shuttle with courteous staff. Well worth it.

Hotel staff was courteous and helpful, always attentive. Jeshua and Marcelo were my two favorites. In general, it was a delightful stay I will definitely go back. The food was delicious.

The property was quiet and had plenty of places outside of the room to relax...lounge with pool table, outside gazebo and pool area. Large pool. Weight room. The garden and outside area plants were a nice touch, very pretty. Rooms were clean and comfortable, shower pressure was great. The restaurant and service were top notch, exceptional food. Front desk and bell service were very helpful. Very good location near airport. Transport to airport was great and efficient. We would definitely stay here again, and look forward to it.
