Perfect if you need a place to stay for Disney, nice little kitchen for cooking a simple meal and keeping breakfast things/ packed lunches to stop prices rocketing up.

Excellent communication from property as we were arriving after reception closed for the day. Easy clear instructions to gain access to room. Highly recommend for families visiting Disneyland Paris as bus stop close by. Parking on the street free overnight and 2 hours during daytime. Apartment clean and big enough for 3 adults to share.

Never ever ever go here. Black mold all over our room so we left and had to pay for another hotel because they would not refund us. So bad. Please don’t go

Property is well maintained and the location is very convenient to walking to the train to go to/from Disneyland. Be aware the reception is only open from 7am-7pm if you have a late arrival or an early departure. There is a process for late key access but if you are looking for simple easy check in or have questions you’d better arrive during the checkin window. We’d requested a 2 bed room but were given a single bed and the reception had already closed by the time we’d gotten to the room to discover that. Otherwise the stay was great.

Absolutely horrible place. Stinks like cigarettes. No one there to check you in. Automatic check-in gave me card that did not work. Couldn't communicate. We left and found another place to stay

Great affordable property walkable to Disneyland Paris and right next door to Val D’Europe. It’s cheap and cheerful but the staff were lovely and there for about you needed. I’d stay again.

Polite personnel, clean, perfect size

The location of this hotel was great for access to the theme parks and shopping but the hotel itself was the most basic I have ever stayed in, the t.v. Had no English Chanel’s the room had no ventilation and the shower flooded the whole bathroom, the kitchenette was not really equipped for cooking as we were led to believe. This hotel would be fine if you were just sleeping and nothing else!

Good location for Disneyland access, friendly staff. Nearby massive shoppong centre. 2nd time been styaing here, great place definitly recimend it.

Old, dated hotel with a terrible smell in the bathroom. The beds were new and clean.

Property was clean, but very run down, the bathroom had a terrible drain smell, the shower was terribly designed and the curtain was rubbish so the whole bathroom floor basically flooded when you used the shower. The top of the fridge was broken off so had sharp edges revealed. The parking felt slightly more complicated than it needed to be, but was only €11 a night so fairly reasonable. Our room was also on the street side of the property, so was fairly loud could hear peoples conversation as they walked past the room, so not very good windows. Felt expensive for the state of the property. Good location for walking to Disney and for train station with easy journey into Paris, so great location.

Apartment we stayed in very tired and in need of updating and refreshing. Impossible not to get the shower to flood the bathroom so much so that we had to use the towels to mop it up, leaving them sodden.

Great first stay at the property. Really nice one bedroom room with bathroom and a sofa bed. Bright rooms. Staff lovely, I can only recommend.

I booked a premium studio room and got a normal one the rooms are very dated. Ive been here before so i knew this. So thats why i booked a premium one. The tv was also very dirty and the shower rod was broken. This was my worst stay i had ever room was 12bis

Will definitely staying here again on my next visit to Disneyland

Nice location, easy check in and check out. Big shopping centre nearby. Only stayed one night and it’s close to RER station.

Didn't sleep. I stayed on my own with my 5 year old. Common sense would suggest that the property would therefore let me know that my room was the noisiest room in the building! Public path right outside the window, as in.. right outside, people walking past may as well be in the room, laughing.. shouting.. talking, also on a main road with bus stops too, so buses, cars, music. Genuinely the worst nights sleep I've ever had. My little boy had a disturbed nights sleep too. Ruined the first nights stay for Disney. Sooooo glad it was only one night. I complained to Expedia, and directly to the hotels assistant manager, the hotel were not helpful at all, they didn't care. I would never stay again.

Great for staying near Disney, definitely convenient. Mall was literally 2 minutes away from us with everything you can possibly need there

Great location and very good heating system. However, the utilities (e.g tap, shower head) in the bath require some maintenance

Panel missing in the bath, wardrobe that didn't open, radiator in the bathroom on at full power when we arrived making it unbearably warm. The automated check in was very easy though, the beds were comfortable and the location was convenient for the metro.

Great stay, great communication, lovely staff, studoe room was great size for the cost and 3 minute traim journey on the train for €4.00 for two to Disney land

Stayed in the summer with young kids. Delightfully friendly and helpful front desk staff. Small elevator; efficient pay laundry facilities; coins required. Room was spacious, somewhat dated, but clean and pleasant. Small bathroom and kitchen, but we were hardly in the room so they did the trick. Room was on first floor (2nd floor to us North Americans ;) ), and we were bothered by the amount of cigarette smoke frequently blowing in through the windows; people would stand out in the courtyard and smoke right under our window at all hours of the day. 5-minute walk to metro station, then take the metro one stop (7 mins) to Disney entrance. We walked to Disney the first night, took about 30 mins. Grocery store 5 mins away right near metro station. Huge shopping mall adjacent to hotel; Primark was a highlight! Great family hotel, good value, would definitely stay here again.

Very good location, but really dirty rooms. There were mold stains in the bathroom, hairs on the floor and the sink was clogged with dirt so the water couldn’t get through.

My daughter & I recently stayed here and it had all the amenities that were needed for our trip. But unfortunately as we were both staying for five nights there were no housekeeping service until you departed!! We had a really good weather while we were there and showered twice a day with it being so hot and a bit humid. The shower curtain had much to be desired!! I had to ask for fresh towels twice and I also for our room to be serviced during the week which wasn’t a problem for the staff. Although I feel that I would not have received this service if I had not mentioned the amount of money I had paid to stay there. Plus I had paid for Breakfast on arrival. And I get it that it’s a cheap place to stay but I just feel like the smaller details make all the difference. There were one member of staff who were very welcoming & extremely helpful. I had an issue with my key card to get back into the property of a night time but the staff failed to let me know that there were a code number of four digits that you could use instead to get into the building.

We had a great stay! I had no idea there was a huge shopping mall two doors down! The staff on the front desk were really helpful and spoke English. The hotel was clean and quiet. What more could you want?
