Candlewood Suites is conveniently located across from the Medford airport with complimentary shuttle. It caters to business and family travelers with full kitchens, small appliances, and free laundry with a bonus Mt. Shasta water cooler in the lobby.
Beverly the manager accommodated a late check out for my flight, which I greatly appreciated to get some work done with their free Wifi.
I would recommend staying here. My local Humboldt County friends already looked into their park, stay, and fly package.

Great stay. Only complaints were some dog hair on sheets, (not from our dog) and the coffee machine was broken. It was so late when we arrived we didn’t let the front know about the sheets and were in a rush to leave so didn’t have time to exchange the cofffee maker.
Overall, great experiences at this location! It’s quiet, safe, and the staff and reception are fantastic. All previous stays are five stars and we frequently stay here exclusively because of the dependability of the clean rooms, spaciousness and super kind staff!

We really appreciate the front desk for making sure we got to our flight on time via a shuttle. The night crew was super helpful and very nice to us during transportation the night of 3/20/24. We definetly will be staying again the next time we have to fly out from Medford!

Reserved this stay through Expedia. Upon check in a $250 charge was reserved against my account. Attempted to check out the following morning. Candlewood was unable to process the check out due outstanding unauthorized charges against the room. In attempting to correct the problem four additional unauthorized charges were made against my bank account. In subsequent days all additional charges have been credited back but the original $250 hold is still pending my account.

Stayed here for a work trip. Service when u checked in was fine but checkout staff were short and clippy with me. Also the amount charged for the security deposit is insane. $250 for a room that was $100 for the night

I booked this stay as I had an early flight out the next morning. I was very impressed with how accommodating the staff were for all of my needs. The shuttle runs 24 hours and the late night staff had zero issues changing my departure time. I would stay here again based on the staff alone.

I had an unpleasant stay as the room's toilet was filthy and the sofa bed was in an unacceptable condition for use. The only solutions proposed were to either resort to using a communal bathroom or to relocate to a much smaller room. The sole redeeming aspect was the staff's readiness to engage in conversation.
