The people in the room next to us, a female was being assaulted, yelling and screaming, we were unable to sleep, then a little child was running in his room up stairs, we checked out early in the morning, we will never come back again,

Reasonable, clean, comfortable, next to restaurant and off main road but conveniently located. Staff very helpful and accommodated our request to have all the group next to each other. Will stay there again.

Very rough condition. There was a mattress pulled out or one of the rooms in the area outside my room that appeared to have blood on it or some gross staining. Anyway steer clear. There are better options in the area.

Everything was great but the noise from golf carts playing loud music while transporting drunk riders to and from bars back to canyon lake. Front desk people very nice and professional.

Nice stay. Hot coffee every morning available

Lower end inn to stay if all the better places are booked up. There was no breakfast next morning as advertised and the juice machine was broken.

This hotel was in a nice location but was in poor shape. Furniture was broken and mirror was not clean. The carpet was old and sticky. I did not feel safe with the kind of people hanging out near the hotel.

It was ok

I didn’t like that housekeeping didn’t clean my room not once. I stayed 3 nights and arrived a little early before check in and my room was not ready. I didn’t have any wash cloths. I’m glad I took extra towels from the cart otherwise I wouldn’t had have any towels.

Run down property, would be a lot better if/when upgraded. Surrounding area is great! Lots of restaurants.

We went to a week at Canyon Lake and this is the closest place we could fínd to go and change clothes .The place is dirty and outdated, repaint walls change carpet in hallways, change bathroom hardware showing signs of oxidation Mildew smell inside room, TVs are super old and cables coming out the back. Bed sheets were dirty and smelly. Base on the price I was charged I was expecting something better not a run down Motel. The place has a lot of potential but it needs a big renovation.

The staff was nice but the hotel was gross. It smelled freshly cleaned but the walls had splattered stains, the microwave door was covered in a brown stain, and there was a large roach in the restroom.

Wasn’t ready , when we came back keys didn’t work left with out using it

room smelled like cigarette smoke and we requested late stay. The maid walked in at exactly 1100 without knocking

Good neighborhood and parking was easy. Room was mostly clean. Looked like it was freshly painted. Tv and room amenities were horrible and AC/Heat was like sleeping next to a diesel engine, it still turned on and ran even though it was turned off. Completely overpriced.

The people next to us fought outside our window all night and were screaming about how they had to live there instead of in a house. Screaming obscenities and it was awful.

Ice machine was broken. First night not enough towels in the room room not inspected before letting someone in it. Condition outside of the building.

Floor was flooded when I arrived from refrigerator leaking. Lady that works in laundry room immediately cleaned it and apologized. Refrigerator was full of food from previous occupant and wasnt cold. Tried to turn it up to make it cold but there was no knob. Phone in the room was broken. Door jam was busted apart so I didn't feel safe and secure. There was no fresh juice in the lobby as website states. The only ice maker on the property was out of order which is a bummer because the drinks in the over priced vending machine ($1.75 per can) are room temperature. Housekeeper and Laundry Room attendant were kind.

I loved the cleanliness of my room and iit was very spacious. The front office associates were all very. Polite and accomidating and there were no hidden fees or a deposit. You cant beat the price either

Not worth the pay

Stay was good for price. Not the cleanest, amenities were just ok but not a No for a cheap motel.

Bad conditions. Room was dirty and walls and door frame damaged. Strong cigarette smell even though nonsmoking room. Uncomfortable mattresses and flat pillows. Sketchy outdoors.
