Kind and helpful people. The floor had some very sticky spots by the microwave, right at the entrance, which our shoes and socks (when in just socks) really stuck to. Sink counter didn't look super clean. We did have a good night, and the breakfast was decent. There is an empty corner in tue room with an outlet that really needs a lamp. With every light on it was quite a dark room.

Nice clean hotel, room was clean. Fair pet fee at only $20, too many hotels call themselves pet friendly, but then charge $75-100 for one night. They also had nice grassy area for walking our dog. We found a lot of other hotels that didn't even have grass around.

Stayed here before hurricane Milton we booked a business room it was far from it , hotel run down and room was quite dirty , the door barely shut

The desk staff was not considerate of the maintenance if that we had after we paid and checked into the room. We had the wait over an hour before the hotel management moved us to another upgraded room with a discount for our inconvenience.

Once again, The hotel was good. Everything went smooth. My problem is when I check the property for electric chargers, they listed they did. The charger they had was a "pay" charger and so you need to enroll with that company. The last time I tried to sign up to EOS they set me up for a movie contract. After a lot of phone calls, I had to cancel my credit card. This was not a good experience as I had written to Expedia at the time. I stayed at another Comfort Suites on the way down and just plugged my car in with no problem. As I have requested of Expedia before, they should note if the property has a charger, the company and the cost. It does me no good to pick the hotel and then can not use the charger. Please let me know what Expedia plans on doing so I can plan accordingly.

The front desk women was very nice, even with a swarm of people at the desk, room was big. However there was mold on the ceiling in our bathroom room, looked like black mold.

Only stayed one night to break up a long drive. Check-in was easy, room was bigger then expected (I booked a business room). It had a separate bedroom from small living room. It was clean and everything worked properly. I didn't use the pool. The breakfast was good, plenty of options. Check out was just as easy.

The property itself was nice and the room was clean with everything functioning properly. We arrived at 3:45, with a check in time of 3, and our room had not been cleaned so we had to wait for another room. There is also not enough parking for the amount of rooms. It would be fine I’m sure on most days, but when we stayed the hotel was mostly full, which is why there were not enough spots.

We really enjoyed or stay. Allnof the employees were very friendly. Our room was ver comfortable. My only complain was the way the bathroom door opens. We were in one of the suites amd the door to the bathroom opens and blocks the bedroom door. Not a big deal. Just make sure the bathroom door stays closed.
The beds were ok. They are soft. I am not used to a mattress that soft, but it was fine for the time we were there. My husband and son had no problem with the beds. The pool area was nice. The breakfast was great. Waffles, eggs, sausage links, biscuits and gravy, muffins, cereal, fruits and juice. I know there qas more, but i can't remember what.
We would definitely stay here again.

We booked a room with a King and a pull out sofa bed and when we pulled the bed out there was 4 fresh blood stains on the mattress. We requested a different room as it was midnight and we moved into two queens. It wasn’t helpful for our families needs but we made it work. The beds were clean but it set an off tone for the night.

The hotel is in great shape after apparently going through a renovation. All the common areas were clean and nicely decorated. Most of the services and amenities were in good working order except the ice machine on the 3rd floor. And the pool was marked “Out of Order” on the 4th and 5th days of my stay. The breakfast served every day had a wide range of offerings and was always kept freshly stocked.

We were in town for a track meet with my son and needed somewhere close to stay. It was an extremely busy weekend and everything was sold out. Coming from a luxury hotel enthusiast, this hotel was very basic. The hotel seems dated but clean. The water pressure in the shower was really good. The bed was ok, but the pillows were not comfortable. Like I said, very basic. I can tell that the staff cared and would stay again if in a clutch.

We just pulled in for an over night stay but it was comfortable, clean and had a good breakfast. The pool was a plus for the kids as well. Great location right off the highway but still quiet. We will be back on our next trip south!

We ended up arriving in the middle of the night. They had a room available so allowed us to check in early. We slept for a few hours, had a delicious breakfast and were back on the road by 11. So accommodating. Appreciated the flexibility. Thank you, we will stay again next year!!!
