I have stayed at this property multiple times and it really is my favourite place to stay in Brisbane :) It is in a great location and near to so much but at the same time is tucked away in a quiet location so you get the best of everything !. My views were amazing and my apartment really comfortable, it is like a cosy home from home and I would very happily stay here in the future too. The gym, pool and outdoor areas are well maintained and are a welcome addition too. Staff here are really friendly, efficient and helpful - than k you very much for another lovely stay :D

I have a lot of small complaints about the apartment, but the furniture was comfortable, the location was good, the balcony was good, and the view toward Storey Bridge (for Riverfire) was excellent. However, the apartment lacked conveniently located and easily accessible power outlets; the microwave was located below the kitchen counter, where it was difficult to see the buttons or get food containers in and out; there were no oven mitts or similar for handling hot dishes in oven or microwave; and there was no grab bar to assist in getting in and out of the bathtub for a shower, thus making it dangerous for me. Other apartments may be different.

Elderly parents and ourselves stayed for a long weekend. Perfect location for us. Friendly staff. Close to ferry stop, eateries, Botanic Gardens, Riverstage. Easy walk to Central Station.
The main room has a walk in shower, allowing easier access, the second bathroom has a bathtub and over shower, you need to be agile particularly on getting out. There is a towel rail to help.
We had friends staying on a different floor and for security you can only access your specific floor. To access theirs or our floors, someone had to come down to ground floor and take you up to theirs. If you have a group, may be ask for the same floor for easier access.
Will definitely stay again.

Great stay, friendly helpful front desk. 1 bedroom apartment was well equipped, bed was comfortable and having a washer and dryer was ideal. Well impressed with the size of the apartment situated in level 36. I visit Brisbane often for work and this is the first time staying here and will now be my 1st choice when staying in the city for work.

Unfortunately our room wasn’t made up to the bedding configuration requested, despite confirmation being requested and provided the prior day. The room was advertised as being suitable for 5 people however there’s not really sufficient space, so we ended up having to rejig arrangements to accommodate only four people. The view was nice if you ignore the construction site directly below. Unfortunately the noise from the construction was a little harder to ignore… starting from 7am on the Saturday morning. It was difficult to enjoy the balcony as a result as it was just too noisy. The central location of the property was great, but unfortunately the multiple issues we encountered was frustrating and detracted from our stay. Still waiting for the refund for the additional guest that we’d already paid for. Unlikely to stay again or recommend to others.

Since 2012 we've stayed at the Oaks on Felix when we've visited Brisbane. Fabulous joint. Love everything about it: the location, the apartments, the professionalism of the staff & the very reasonable price. HIGHLY recommend it. [Insert very satisfied smiley face]

I have left a few reviews for here now and whenever I am in Brisbane I prefer to stay here. It is so well located for me and is so near so much whilst feeling tucked away slightly so it is quieter. I always feel safe walking around here and have never encountered any issues. Plus there is a great Woolworths supermarket just down the road and this a convenience store next door too just in case you have forgotten anything and there is a lovely food store selling fresh foods too which is so handy as well as being so near so many cafes and yummy places to eat. Staff on reception here are always so helpful, friendly and approachable, they helped me several times with parking and I was really grateful. The apartments are for me, like a home from home and everything I needed was there plus the balconies are a decent size which I always appreciate and use, especially if I have amazing Story Bridge views !. I had such a wonderful holiday and really enjoyed my stay here. Thank you :)

When I am so fortunate to stay in Brisbane I choose to stay here as it like a home from home. The apartments are really comfortable and cosy and have everything I need. I always enjoy staying here, it is so so much and yet it is quiet. My view of Story Bridge was just so stunning !. This, for me, is such a lovely place to stay, I know that there are fancier places out there but I choose here time after time :) Thank you for another lovely stay !.

Poor condition, the level we were on was smelly. The ironing board only work flat on the floor, the ironing board cover was dirty and and it didn’t fixed. Old and in need of a paint and tidy up.

Spacious apartment with river and bridge views. 25m lap pool. RM73 was so quiet too. Booked 1 room but they provided a 2 bedder with a separate lounge room. They lock the second rm from use. Kitchen apppinted with crockery. Would stay hwre again at the right price

I really enjoyed my stay here once again, it feels like a home from home here :). The apartments are in a great location which is near to so much and yet has a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Staff here are super helpful, this does make such a difference. Everything I needed for a comfortable stay was here and I had superb views from my balcony. I had a very relaxing stay and made full use of the nice gym and pool and would very happily stay again - thank you Oaks on Felix for a lovely stay with you :)

I really do love staying here when in Brisbane!. Staff are so helpful and friendly and the location is superb too. I like and appreciate that it is so near so much and yet I have found here to be peaceful and quiet. My apartment was really comfortable and homely and had everything I needed and the views from my balcony were superb!. There is a nice gym which is well maintained with good quality equipment and the pool is also lovely as well as the BBQ area. I had a great stay and felt really refreshed after staying here, I am looking forward to returning following the New Zealand stretch of my holidays :) Thank you Felix Street !!!.

The most liked thing about Oaks on Felix was the location. The view of the Story Bridge was the main reason i booked this hotel BUT we quickly learnt that it was within walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. Hotel room was clean, a bit small for a family of 5, but it had 2 bathrooms which was great. Check-in was easy, check-out was just as easy. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolute shocking!!! Mould in the bathroom, Unresponsive left us unable to leave the parking garage. Would never stay with this outdated, overcharged, useless place again.

Not a nice property for a family holiday. Location was ok, but other than that, property felt like a budget hotel. apartment was dated, corridor on our floor was smelly and our apartment itself was very clean and was dusty. The kitchen was not well equipped, there was a smart tv but not connected to TV.. wouldn’t be staying here again for sure.

Parking onsite, great sushi downstairs and a market + BWS. Pool and spa were lovely and well equiped gym.
