Overall, very good stay but low water pressure on the sink. The pool was very clean, breakfast was very good.

well first off all i stay three day and the first day the room was no 100% good the door knob was not there. It was broken then one of the TVs was not even working then the remote did not have the cover so I called and told them that those things were missing. They offer me another room, but I had just gone there i had taking a shower Did not want to change rooms so they said they were gonna put in the complaint and they’ll let me know on Monday. Monday came. This manager was rude. She said she cannot give me discount give me My money back because I had purchased my room through hotels.com. I just think out of their heart they will done better to make the customer happy but no this manager looks like the hotel was hers customers always come first after u been there for three days

Did not stay at hotel. I had early morning waking up at 3am and flew out LA to Houston at 6am and Houston to McAllen at 10am. Arrived in McAllen at 1pm tired but had an event at 3pm and was not allowed to check in until 4. I asked the from desk to give me a room to shower and leave for event but they said i would have to pay extra for early check in. I accepted to pay extra and then they told me i was added to a waiting list. I booked at the DoubleTree with no issues on Hotel.com and had a great stay

When i arrive the room is not ready they aren’t Not enough towels in the bathroom the room is not so good the pool was dirty in the morning the gay frontdesk is was sleeping!! Poor hotel!!

Much better than laquinta Riverwalk San Antonio. Daniella the manager made it clear no fees for our dogs. Riverwalk sneaked them in. Parking free lots of it. Riverwalk $33 a night.

The key failed to open door. The room service with bad attitude. Had to get to lobby two times for someone to go and open, this at 11pm.

Room had gum on the carpet and towels were dirty. The front desk was always left alone and then for me to do a late check out they want to charge my card $20

Great place to stay. Beds are really comfortable and the staff was wonderful! Walking distance to restaurants, bars, and shopping!! Will definitely return if in area again!! Thank you!! 😊

The stay was perfect and even better the evening after my stay. I realized that I had left my computer behind. I called and had a hard time getting through because of a power outage at the hotel but eventually got through. Housekeeping had picked it up and turned it in to agen in front desk.

Nice place with clean beds and convenient parking. Location is drivable to nearby stores and markets, and provides access easily off the major highway.

Overall the hotel was nice, staff was nice and friendly! The room was decent, but the restroom and closet door didnt close well. Pillows were horrible. We were definitely expecting more for breakfast as we have stayed at other similar hotels, so you can say we were extremely disappointed. Overall the hotel was nice and clean.

we arrived room was dirty
The next day they didn't clean the room, we arrived at 6pm and it was dirty. I still went to the desk and the lady with a very bad attitude ignored us and behaved very badly. The manager wanted to take us out of the room because I complained that they didn't clean it. The bathroom was useless. It was clogged and they blamed us. The shower was clogged less water came out of the shower and there was no hot water. It was very bad. All rooms are already very old. The microwave did not work. I do not recommend it at all.

It was very weird to not have to show my ID to check in. the next day our cards deactivated and a housekeeper saw us at the door trying to get in and she just let us in not verifying anything, the same happened when we went to get our cards fixed- no ID needed. Felt very uneasy with all of this.
The beds are HORRIBLE and the flat pillows did not help. I think it was just this room because I have stayed here before for work and it was not this bad. I know it was a super busy weekend and they definitely need more help.

We felt a little uncomfortable because there was no safety latch on the door, it had been broken off. Also, the wall plugs in the bathroom did work.
