very professional staff

This was our second time staying here and will not be our last. The rooms are massive and work perfect for our family. The rooms are very clean. I have never had any issues and trust me I am a clean freak. The staff is always nice. The transportation to the beach is quick and easy and convenient. We have access to the shops and restaurants across the street, walking to coffee, grocery stores etc. Highly recommend

Very quite area , shuttle to the beaches and beautiful apartment.

My scores tell it all. I loved this place and will certainly return. I do think for 7 day stays I’d have appreciated one linen change /apartment clean but non the less that wouldn’t stop me from giving apartment 5 stars.

Staff was exceptionally friendly.

Super clean and nicely appointed. Plenty of room for my husband and teen boys. Everyone had their own space, but we were able to have family meals and game time together at the dining table. The only thing, which is a personal preference....the master bathroom is open to the bedroom. There is no door separating the two, which may be an issue for people with different sleeping schedules. We still very much enjoyed our stay and would return!

It was an anniversary trip but I ended up getting sick and couldn't do much outside but we enjoyed the unit. It was nice and comfortable so we cooked and had a romantic candle light dinner. Later on we we went and walked the ground and took pictures. We loved this place and will definitely be back numerous times.

Dirty filthy and run down

Great experience overall. The place was spacious, clean and welcoming. Everyone was kind and we loved Ron the shuttle driver! He made us laugh the whole ride to the beach. My family will be coming back to stay here again.

The communication,hospitality, and the cleanses. The front Desk was helpful in sharing about the surrounding areas. Also, the shuttle was a convenience to take you your family down to the beach and back also supplying with the chairs.

Great vacation. Our condo was excellent and was perfect for the five of us. We will definitely stay there next time we visit the island.

We booked this trip relatively last minute, for us, as we had decided in mid December that our international trip to Aruba was not in the cards this year given COVID concerns. Our family of four and our 18 year old nieces were looking for somewhere warm and sunny to fill the Aruba void. Having found good airfare into FLL narrowed our choices and we further narrowed them to the Gulf side as we felt that it would less "peoplely" and more conducive to outside, socially distanced fun. As we were traveling as a group of 6 adults, we were looking for something larger that could accommodate our group and the Holiday Inn at Sunset Cove filled all our requirements and then some. The MBR was nicer than ours at home, with a LARGE bathroom, walk in closet and comfortable bed. There were 2 more bedrooms, one with set of twin beds and another with at least a queen sized bed. There was another bathroom and washer and dryer. Although I don't relish doing laundry while on vacation, it is nice to have the option. The full sized kitchen was well appointed and although we didn't do much cooking it was nice to be able to eat breakfasts and lunches in the room. The very nice coffee maker was also a nice addition. We alternated eating out and take out and the room, again, accommodated us all sitting down and having dinner at a dining room table. The screened in veranda was lovely. Although not on the beach, shuttles were provided. This hotel is close to so much food and shopping.

This placec is a gem and the people in it. Definitely will be going back more often. Everyone was so nice and helpful.

Great property! Decent pool, games, activity. Would be nice if the pool could be open later than dusk for swimming. We were on work trip and didn’t get in until evening. Everything was closed by then. Very friendly staff. Rooms had some issues but nothing major. Great space, reasonably clean, hot water limited, pressure limited. Kind of older property, but worked for what we needed.

I loved the spacious and how clean the property was. But more importantly how nice the front desk team was, Jackie was phenomenal! My kids loved her, my son and I celebrated our bday there and she remembered and sent us a birthday card to the room for us with all of the employees signature, and this was after hours of us just meeting each other. Subsequently each day she had a smile and was super friendly. My kids even asked for her when we left!!! We were sad we couldn’t see her again before we left. The manager was amazing as well! He even gave us beach chairs and umbrellas and even things fir the kids to play.

location to restaurants and shopping was great. The shuttle took us to and from the beach pretty much at our beckoned call. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Actually, what wasn't to like!
