This place is aging a bit. Overall the staff was friendly. The biggest problem we incurred was all of the slamming doors day and night! They rock the walls. We would repectively suggest this hotel to install door closing devices. It didn’t help having loud and disrespectful teenage girls teams staying in the hotel. Where are their chaperones!! Oh well, sometimes you got to put-up with noise.

Cleaning came at 8am. She tried to come in even with the do not disturb sign on the the door. Then came back an hour later. Banging on the latch trying to open the door. Check out is 11am and we are never late. Really rude. Nor how we wanted to start our day

The hotel was great & we loved that the hotel was separate from the casino. And it was very clean, very well appointed. The only issue was that the mattress weren't very comfortable, but everything wise was great.

Room and bed were good. Check-in was very slow but our girl may have been new. We ate at the casino and the food was terrible. They had a better restaurant but it was being remodelled. There is smoking in the casino which was very unpleasant. Would not stay in this area again.

Amazing pool, rooms clean and good sized. Cleaning started at 7 a.m. though and very noisy in the halls, so no sleeping in.

The trip was tiresome. Was traveling from Las vegas and made arrangements to stay in Mesquite before heading home. The lobby was clean and I was greeted before I even stepped thru the portal, and there were 2 people already being helped. BIG + for that. They found my reservation by just my name (so no digging around for verification). Life was easy. Enjoyed the pool and spa before sleeping for the night. Next morning, checking out was twice as easy. I won't stay anywhere else.

The girl at the check in counter wasn't to friendly and acted like a programed computer. The shower handle was broken and the water couldn't be fully regulated. And many tiny ants around the spa tub and in the room.

I like this casino because it wasn't too loud in there. Nice selection of machines The hotel was in easy walking distance. Easy parking. Good front desk staff.

This is an older building but well maintained. Bed was very comfortable. Nice pool area. Parking was plentiful even with the casino next door. Good and efficient restaurant tucked in the corner of the casino. On fourth floor very quiet. Easy access to I15. Staff friendly and helpful.

The tub wasnt that clean we had to go buy bleach and clean it ourselves. The towels by the tub weren't clean either..
