The Hotel is very tired very unkept on the outside and patio area . Breakfast was a shambles with no social distancing long queues for the coffee machine. We were only given 3 pillows and were told there were no more available. We took our breakfast to our room to avoid the crowds.

Le sol de la restauration et de l'accueil était tout collant, cela n'était pas encourageant en arrivant. Une fois dans la chambre la propreté était mieux respectée

Convenient stopping place from toll road, easy to find, plenty of parking spaces. Adequate facilities. Comfy Bed, Clean, Ensuite, Coffee and tea making facilities. All you need for a stop over. In walking distance of food and lovely Pattiserie.

Easy to get to from A71 good price with buffet breakfast

Great location just off motorway, small but adequate room and a good breakfast. Great value for money.

Hotel charge almost 5 euros per room taxes. Found out it shoukd have been. 0.99

We had requested a non smoking room but when we checked in we were not asked smoking or non smoking - we were just checked in and given a room key. We noticed all the rooms we passed had no smoking signs on the doors, except for ours ( no. 42) and the remaining couple of rooms. There was a stall cigarette smoke smell. Because it was late, we did not mention anything until we checked out. The receptionist said that ALL the rooms were non smoking. We pointed out the rooms 42 to 44 did not have the no smoking signs on the doors and that our room (42) smelled of cigarette smoke. We appreciate that not all preferences can be guaranteed but we should have been asked at check in. Disappointing!

Very pleasant overnight stay didn't get to restaurant as closed.

Nice helpful staff. It is more a motel. Good free parking and 10 min drive to city center in car. Very small rooms but you have what you need. All in all you get what you paid for. And remember that it is a cheap place to stay. My criteria was free good safe parking and a room to stay. And it worked out fine.

Convenient for the autoroute. Quiet. Comfortable bed. WiFi. Bathroom clean and hot water but too cramped. Nowhere to put your towel.

We found the staff very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and tidy. The outside needs a little tlc.

The room was clean, very basic, but served the job for a short overnight stay. Next time I stay in the area, I think I will pay a little more and hope for a nicer place.

A one night stopover on our drive back to Calais, this was a step up from the basic hotel chains with their cramped rooms and pared down facilities. The room is 12 metres square which is generous enough to allow you to get around the bed without stubbing your toe. A kettle with coffee and tea making facilities also provided, a hair dryer and soap dispensers at the wash basin and in the shower rather than wasteful little plastic bottles and sachets. Only disappointment was that the restaurant facility was not available, which was not clear on the website, nor were the couple of restaurants in the close vicinity open - it was a Sunday evening. This meant we had to drive a few kilometres to eat.

We have stopped here many times and find the hotel perfect for a quick overnight stay.

Room was extremely small, barely enough space to walk around the bed. Only one bedside table as if there were two the door to the room would not open. The shower was very old and not very clean. We ate in the restaurant which was adequate. I had a very small gin and tonic and when I asked for a second the waitress came back and said they had run out of gin. On checking out the following morning we had to pay before seeing what we were paying for. We had been charged for two gin and tonics so had to get a refund, surely we should see what we are paying for before paying? We are staying atHotel Kyriad Le Mans Est and I hope that hotel will be 100% better than the one in Bourges.

As a place to stay overnight while on a long journey it was absolutely fine, and very easy to reach from the motorway. The bed was comfortable, the room fairly small but quite adequate. Breakfast was good but the evening meal a bit disappointing. Staff were very friendly which counts for a lot!
