Lovely hotel with clean comfortable beds and great customer service. Nice buffet with hot and cold offerings. Bathroom was a good size with heated towel bar that worked perfectly to provide warm towels.

My room was super clean and tidy. My only problem was I should have asked for a double instead of a tiny single. My mistake. Otherwise my stay was excellent!

Hotel does not really deserve it's four star rank. Standard rooms are extremely small, carpet is worn, upholstered chair is dirty, no amenities like a fridge.
The staff are pleasant do not offer much advice (i.e. difference between a taxi and uber or public transit (metro).

Room 111 smels very bad. Could not sleep. There is a air humidifier with perfume in the room so they know. We shut down the humidifier, cannot sleep in a artificially perfumed room. And hence had to sleep in the stinge. This room is not in conditions to be rented as it is not cheap. Paid 140 euro.

This was our first stay and we loved it. Located in the 1st arrondissement of Lyon just round the corner from the Place des Terreaux where you can find the Hotel de Ville bars and restaurants ,At the hotel everybody was so friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned everyday and towels replenished everyday. The reception staff were so nice, helpful and speak excellent English. It's so good we are planning to go back next year.

The lady on reception was truly lovely and helpful. She gave my wife an ice pack and her own arnica gel for her recently hurt ankle.

Lovely hotel with wonderful staff in a great neighborhood for exploring the city! Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Lyon for the first time. Large, clean rooms and a nice bar and breakfast.

The room was well-decorated and fancy, cleaned regularly and had a spacious bathroom with a tub. The service was polite and friendly, and although I didn't have a chance to try the breakfast or the bar, the pool was an excellent amenity! It was also interesting to learn about the hotel's history, which dates back to the 11th century. Overall, wonderful 2-night stay in Lyon.

Hôtel was overpriced. The room was supposed to be superior room, not in our opinion. The room was dark and dingy, no coffee facilities and room had been well used. Needs a renovation.
The only good thing about this hotel was the position.

The hotel is quiet and convenient to old Lyon and the Musée des Beaux-arts which was nice, but overall it felt a bit tired, in need of being refreshed. I was also surprised that what is billed as a four star hotel didn’t offer real glasses in the rooms. A small point but one that I noticed. The staff were very friendly and polite.

Very nice hotel, I stayed for 2 nights. No parking on site, the streets are extremely narrow so be mindful as you drive. There was some shenanigans going on outside on the street a bit of a fight. At night the area might not be safe but during the day is fine. There is no parking at the hotel, but a few streets down there is a large, very clean underground parking, so that was fine. I would say for sight seeing the hotel is well located, walking distance from a lot of attractions, including the Musée des Beaux Arts. I would go there again.

The location is great, the condition of the hotel in general and rooms is not amazing,
Very dated, it is like the 80s vibe but in a run down way, everything is old and especially the carpet and the wooden floor, you can hear the next door room when they walk or talk.

Only stayed one night in a small room. Bedroom a little dated but the bath was fully modern. No restaurant, but a nice bar area. The breakfast was in a nice room with a selection of anything you’d want.
