Everything about this hotel was just wonderful. The only thing I was surprised about was that only paper cups were provided for the coffee maker and bathroom.

I honestly cannot recommend this hotel and I find the positive reviews to be inexplicable. I arrived late in the evening after a 12 hour train journey. My room had an overbearing smell of sewage and the level of cleanliness and overall condition was such that I couldn't stay there. I found the hotel management to be unsympathetic. After complaining, they did transfer me to another room for the first night. This room was far from ideal, but in better condition. However, they stated that I would have to move back to the original room for nights 2 and 3 because they didn't have any space. They were not prepared to refund me for those nights so I could make arrangements to go elsewhere. After a long, late evening conversion with hotels.com customer service, they eventually issued me with a refund for nights 2 and 3 by hotels.com. I was then able to book another property a few minutes walk away which turned out to be great. After this awful evening of arguing with the hotel and being on hold for nearly 2 hours with hotels.com, the breakfast the next morning was better than expected. The quality of the food was average for Italy, but there was a pretty extensive selection.

Upon our check out, we were told of a train and bus strike. We were heading from Napoli to Rome by train. Asked about alternatives, and was told to go to train station and grab a cab. We took a cab that was ordered to go to train station. He agreed to take us to Rome for 500.00 euros. We thought we had no choice. Hotel should have helped us since strikes are frequent they had no clue about private busses to go to Rome for about 60.00 euros. Very disappointed in lack of knowledge or trying to help us in anyway. The hotel in Rome couldn’t believe that this hotel could not provide us with alternatives. No initiative. Very disappointed. We over spent because hotel gave us no options. It would be nice if hotel offered us some compensation.

Amazing in every way. This family takes care of you like you are their family. It’s an excellent base and we would come back.

Very friendly staff & nice property. Unfortunately we were given a room with non-functional air conditioning (unit ran but didn't cool). The front desk sent maintenance up for a check but there was nothing that could be done and all other rooms were full. We were given a fan but it was a hot & stuffy night in the room. It was rainy/humid so couldn't sleep with the windows open. Our area on the 4th floor seemed much warmer than the hallways and common areas of the property so our stay was rather uncomfortable. Had the AC worked it would have been a pleasant stay.

We stayed for 1 night only & was upgraded to a deluxe suite. The room is spacious, clean, updated & in a great location for walking to restaurants & shopping. The breakfast buffet was included & excellent. The hotel staff were very nice. They held our luggage until the room was ready. I would highly recommend staying there!

This is a perfect stay if you’re flying in or out of Naples. The hotel is very safe and clean. We needed to be buzzed into the area after a certain time. The front desk if 24/7, they helped us get a taxi for a very early flight. They gave us a map of things to do in the area. Would completely stay here again.

Excellent stay. Lovely, clean hotel. Super friendly and helpful staff. Fabulous breakfadt. Close to metro, local market and loads of bars and eateries.
