Part of a very long road trip. Quiet comfortable and for us the perfect location.

Very clean room. Breakfast was good with multiple choices of items. Nice fitness room that I used. I suggested to management that a safety tread be added to the bathtub floor since it was very slippery. Would stay here again.

I took my son here for his birthday. We were disappointed the water features weren’t working. This was the main reason I chose this hotel. He still had a great time. The staff was friendly and the rooms were very clean. I’d give property another chance but will call before booking to make sure the water features are working.

The hotel room had some knicks and dings on the inside of the bathroom door and bathroom vanity. The beds were comfortable. Tasty breakfasts with lots of hot food choices. The pool area had a strong chemical smell the second night. The chlorine smell was so strong while we were sitting at the table beside the pool our eyes were watering. We could not open a window or door to the outside in the pool area so we had to take turns leaving the pool area to give our eyes a break.

We had room by the steps & it was so loud nobody got sleep qith people walking up& down them. Also the room above us was so loud in the floor

Rooms not clean. First room had hairs on the bed sheets. 2nd room looked like shaving hair on bath counter.

My stay caused a lot of frustration. The location had bed bugs and the staff was not helpful in trying to fix the problem. My trip had to be rearranged in the middle of the night.

Was a nice place to stay, very accommodating. The pool was nice however very cold (not that the kids minded).

Reserved and paid for 2 bed room on Expedia. Upon checking in they said they only had a king room and that Expedia says in the small print that it doesn’t guarantee your room. Ok… why did I book a double, pay for it, and get a confirmation of a double, only to get here and have them say ‘expedias fault, not ours.’ Very stressful when trying to get checked in quickly before game.

When we walked into the hotel it smelled so clean! How refreshing! The lobby was clean and decorated nicely. The young man helping us get checked in was very friendly! Our bedroom was clean and orderly. Great place to stay!

Hotel was good overall. Comfortable beds, good shower pressure, good breakfast.
My only complaint is that after I completed my check in, the person at the front desk told me that I should have told her I was visiting a student because they would have given me a much better rate. Why didn’t she tell me 5 minutes earlier? No one likes to hear they could have paid a lot less right after they paid for their room.

Upon checking in, we saw several bugs in the stairwell. Chairs in the dining room were stained on the upholstery.
The noise insulation is not very good as it is possible to hear folks walking around at all hours of the day and night.
The fire alarm went off several times before 6:30am one morning of our stay due to a system "malfunction".
The next night, there was someone jiggling our door handle. That is out of the hotel's control, but at properties of this level, you often have those things happen based on who is staying at the hotel.
Overall it was a fine place to stay, but I would not stay at this hotel again. I would opt for a more expensive better cared for property.

Room was dirty and dusty, bits of trash and crumbs on the floor, stained and wet curtains in main room. Sofa pull out bed sheets were covered in stains and clearly not changed from the previous guest. However the breakfast was decent and the pool was fantastic for kids.

Staff must of had an staff appreciation night, handing out prizes etc. allowing the staff children to run and scream in/ out of the building up/ down 3 floors. Staff had no control of the kids, making this very uncomfortable. Frustrating for visitors that came to have a relaxing stay. Checking out- staff was repeatedly told how disruptive the kids were, no compensation was offered.

The front desk worker Angelou, if I spelt that right, was amazing. He worked hard to make our stay more convenient. Our room was nice and there was plenty of space! The pool and other facilities here are great along with the good variety of breakfast foods! I would stay here agin! 5 out if 5 ⭐s!

This place is nice and the rooms are big. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is better than I have ever seen for a free breakfast. I would have give 5 stars for the property condition and facilities but the elevator broke down while we were trying to leave. We had to help one of the employees get unstuck from the elevator. Other than that little mishap we were extremely satisfied with the room. I would definitely stay again.

The pool area was very nice. Lots of windows and space inside. Hot tub and toddler area was a nice touch too. The hot breakfast in the morning was also very good.

First walked in it smelled like stale smoke. Got to room and door was covered in sticky liquid and very disgusting. Head bored was covered in dirty hand prints so gross. Called front desk to switch rooms and they said they would switch or we could come down and get a rag and cleaner and clean it ourselves. We left. In process of contacting corporate offices.

Overall our stay was average. Front desk staff at check-in wasn't very friendly or informative. Breakfast options were limited, and incomplete. The grounds, common area, and room was rather clean.

The property overall was pretty good. The bed was comfortable and room was clean. Was way overpriced ($170 tax) for one night but my daughter’s team was staying there so we did also.

For the most part the hotel was nice. The only thing they wasn't up to part were the beds. They need to be replaced. Breakfast was average, felt it was leftovers from previous day. Other than that, real quiet.
