Good location all around food and restaurants nice place to stay

Lack of towels, had to go 3 times to reception and they had none. Finally got some towels and had shower, then desk clerk threatened to charge extra on card if we did not checkout within 20mins. yet he refused to understand that delay was due to shortage of towel on their part.

The service desk was great… they made it easy to get into my room. Great!!!
Now the over all conditions of the property was interesting to say the least. I believe they’re are upgrading all of the rooms. It’s an older building and it’s in a shopping center, but that was ok. It was convenient and it’s right by the freeway. For the most part it’s just a room. It just need some upgrades and it will be fine.

I wish the guy at the front desk would stop busting my balls and embarrassing me in front of my date about almost having him sign the agreement papers as my guest when I was supposed to sign. I was nervous laughing and saying okay, I understand, but he continued to harp on it. Other then that, the room was clean and spacious. The maid/cleaners were very kind and attentive.

I’m dairy-free, so the breakfast options were very limited. I thought the apples would be ok but they were gross. I didn’t even bother after the first day.

I felt safe. The guard was very polite, the pool and pool area was nice. I loved the blue lights. Parking was super close and easy.

old property. our room had poor a/c that was very loud. property needs major renovation. breakfast was good.

Staff was nice, security there was awesome, knew who i was and what i drove... the only draw back to me ever staying again, walls are paper thin. First 2 nights had a crying baby, last night could hear the guy getting busy, not ideal being awakened from a deep sleep with that kinda noise.

The bathroom door in room 220 is can not close it automatic open. And the cleaning time is Not keep regular. We have to go down asking for cleaning & chanting toơels. Other than that everything else was very nice!

Location was not bad had food several food choices in walking distance. Layout of the room was not the greatest. Bathroom door would not close due to furniture in the way. No hot water in the shower it was just barely warm and zero water pressure.

The shower was malfunction. We get no coffee every day at the hotel room.

The property managers were kind. The room was not great. The building and the room were poorly maintained. The room did not appear swept or mopped. The room was not cleaned well, dust and mold were evident. The bedsheets were okay. The towels were okay. There was visible mold behind the toilet and on the curtain above the AC unit. The surrounding area was not great and at night you could hear a man or woman yelling like in a argument or something.

The house keeping was great, I had to check out early(2days). They charged me an extra day, fine but clerk was rude when I was checking out and manager still hasn’t giving me my deposit or refund due.

Good basic accommodations. The room was clean and comfortable. There were several small stairways on the second floor which made it a little tough to get luggage around. Breakfast was just okay, not bad but not great either. Staff was very friendly.
