Clean. Friendly staff. Nice pool. Quite. We like this hotel 😊

The air conditioner did not work correctly it soaked the carpet, was given towels by the staff to put on the floor. The room was hot the air conditioner didn’t cool. The beds are very hard, like not even remotely soft. The breakfast was good though.

We have stayed here before and everything was just fine. Good breakfast, too!

I'm sorry. I got in late and had to leave early the next morning. The room was clean and quiet, with a comfortable bed to sleep in.

Parts of the room were old (sofa bed) and needed to be replaced. Was on the 3rd floor and the whole floor smelled of smoke. I book non-smoking hotel rooms for a reason. Very disappointed.

The room was very bad. Dirty couch. Blood stain on sheets. Bathroom was dirty and bathroom door looked like a dog had eaten the bottom of it. A couple chunks out of the walls. We will never stay there again.

Property was nice and close to Main Street. The breakfast was not very good though.

Room was nice, breakfast was nice. Not enough towels in room and no sheets for the pull-out couch. Room phones didn’t work, so I used my own phone to call the front desk. Was already in my pajamas, but had to change back into my clothes because they wouldn't bring them to the room. Said no one else was there and didn’t care if I had to change to come back down. Rude when told about the phones.

Great hotel staff upon check in…pool was great, breakfast food was good if you got there before 8:30…anything after that and the 3 staff members didn’t refill any of the hot items, all while eating breakfast themselves..Will definitely stay again, just will be sure to rise and shine earlier for breakfast!!

Was on the 3rd floor and smelled like weed all weekend. Staff didn’t care, people checked out because it was so strong in their room. Room was pretty good tho

First, we arrived about 2:55 and they said the room might not be ready, so we went to get our stuff and came back so that it would be after 3, which it states is the check in time. The room still was not ready as the cleaning personnel were still in the rooms. We were not the only couple waiting. We left the property and came back about 30 minutes later and the room still was not completely ready. When we finally got in the room, it wasn’t exactly clean. The couch was stained and felt damp. The shower pan retained water hours after we had used the shower and there was water from it in the bathroom. Overall, it was not a good experience and we would not stay there or recommend this hotel to anyone.

The bed was horrible, I couldn't sleep and I feel like the bed is the most important part of a hotel room. Also the shower was full of mold

Loved it! Excellent hotel for any event you choose. Girls trip would be awesome!!! Great area!

Overall very dirty and poorly maintained. The bathroom floor was littered with pubic hair and there was dried blood on the bedsheets. The fire alarm made a crackling noise that maintenance couldn’t fix. Housekeeping did not make up the room although I left a sign on the door requesting it, and I saw a bug crawling around behind the microwave in the breakfast room.

Staff was excellent

Breakfast was less than what I’ve experienced at other best western stays. One staff member the night I arrived seemed to be busy at not at the counter and room keys didn’t work initially.

Will be back

The bathroom sink was cracked but overall a very clean, nice place to stay!
