Stopped over on the way to Santander. Good clean room and en-suite. Staff friendly and helpful

We booked this hotel over others because it boasted a pool and a spa and after a very long drive that’s exactly what we needed We requested a double bed but got twins When we asked about using the facilities we were told we couldn’t use the pool as it was too cold and the spa was only open at the weekend None of this was explained in the hotel information

The property is beautiful, very clean, very modern, good food in the restaurant, nice pool and the staff was fantastic! It is a little out of the main area of touristy things to do but easily walkable or you can take a bus so no problem there. Great stay, thanks!

This hotel just works perfectly. The rooms are very well laid out, the bathrooms are bright, clean, and organised. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast is excellent. I highly recommend staying in one of this brand's hotels.

A perfect hotel. wonderfully sized rooms, brilliantly designed, so comfortable. Food was excellent, staff were really nice. The location is calm, cultured and care free. Valladolid is not an exciting place, but if you have to go then this place is perfect. 10 out of 10.

Staff were the most helpful - helped us book taxis daily, offered us an umbrella when it was raining and gave my friend sanitary products when she was caught out by shops being closed on a Sunday. Friendly, helpful and spoke English! Bar was lovely, drinks were fairly priced. Measures were free poured and larger than what we get at home and the price was really good. We also got little bar snacks for free which was nice. The rooms were spacious, clean, bright with large floor to ceiling windows and the bathroom was beautiful. Really lovely decorated, clean and shower pressure was great. TV and wifi included. The blackout blinds were amazing and really great for a good nights sleep. Beds were comfy and pillows were nice. Breakfast had a good selection of foods and had plenty for picky eaters and healthier choices. You could also ask for made to order food like eggs. We enjoyed it and went back a few times. Location was about 10 minutes in a taxi to the Playa Major, which cost between 6-10 Euros, pretty cheap! It would cost double that at home. It's walkable too in about 40 minutes. There were nice cafes around for a morning coffee but we didnt try any of the restaurants in the area as we headed into the centre. Taxi's picked us up right outside and were called by the reception. We went in September and were sad to see the pool was closed but that's out own fault for not reading the website properly. Overall, absolutely loved our stay and would visit again.

Parking fee is an extra € 11 / night. Restaurant is only open for breakfast and dinner plus its closed on weekends. Internet is intermittent.

Just a stunning experience for us (apart from the obvious Restaurant closure due to Covid!) Staff could not have been more helpful, kind and understanding. I could not recommend this hotel highly enough. Fabulous and thank you.

This was a business stay and for this purpose the hotel is fine. It is not a place for vacation/tourism.

The facility turns off the A/C this time of the year. The room was a sauna! Had to sit by an open window through the night... very disappointed!

IF U HAVE CHOICE , DONT CHOOSE IT. If you stay in this Hotel, u will never forget about this hotel, If I could make a negative feedback , 100% for the bad experience ever.

Hotel reception not welcoming - small room - no duvet on child’s bed - breakfast buffet not replenished - a few rashers of bacon appeared stern three of us when asked and there was still over half an hour till breakfast closed etc etc

The Hotel itself is great. The room was excellent very clean and comfortable. We were only there the one night so can't really say what it would be like if you were staying longer. The evening meal was mediocre. I would eat out in future. Breakfast was quite good.

Stayed one night, everything was satisfactory. The restaurant was very quiet but he good good.

I enjoyed this hotel. Very nice, new, clean, quiet, with nice and helpful staff. Good and steady wifi signal, comfortable and roomy suites. Only issues are 1) the location which is ~ 3km from the plaza mayor so youd need a car, bus, taxi, or an hour of walking to get there. 2) Pool was freezing cold, essentially too uncomfortable to stay in for more than a minute or two. I did not eat at restaurant since breakfast was not included. But there are 3-4 bars and restaurants on the block open most hours including an Irish pub and 2 restaurants w great food.
