Staff was exceptional! and friendly! Breakfast was plentiful. Excellent location to catch train and bus from airport. Rooms were minimally furnished. We stayed a total of three nights (two different dates) and rooms were different. Could’ve used an end table and better lighting.

Great location. Lots of stairs and no elevator. The room was comfortable. Having the toilet apart from the shower was nice. However it would have been nice if there was room to close the door, when sitting on the toilet.

Honesty, my stay was amazing . I believe i got a great deal for what i paid . My room was on the 3rd floor it was surprisingly clam . Even though i could hear my neighbor in their room i was lucky that he/ she was rather calm . The bathrooms were clean which is a major plus . The hotel is also close to everything by foot which is nice too. The only thing that i think could be improved is less dust on the bed sheets ! Oh and i love that their was an Ac ! Finally, their service is genuinely amazing ,the staff are super super friendly . Loved my stay and i would definitely reserve again .

I would not recommend this place although the staff was friendly and helpful. The room smelled bad. And the bathroom was so small. My partner was not happy of my choice of this hotel.

The property is very good location for bus and train transport as it is only walking distance away, the property is not advsable if you have problems going up the stairs as there is no lift. The carpet and curtains in our room need upgrading.

We were pleasantly surprised by the service and cleanliness of this 2 star hotel. The downside is there is a flight of stairs up to reception. Service was excellent, room was clean and very quiet.

There was no elevator or fridge but other than that the bed was comfortable and bathroom well appointed.

TRES BON ACCUEIL

The hotel is close to the train station and a shuttle to the airport. What I dont like is the stairs going up to the reception, no elevators. Very hard to climb to the stairs if you are carrying luggages.

The bunk bed is very squeaky and there is virtually no room to walk if there is family of 5 sharing the room. That said, the hotel is conveniently located a 5 minute walk from the trainstation and less than a 10 minute walk from some of the top sites in Toulouse.

I wouldn’t recommend anybody to go there as it’s not worth; one of the male staff was very rude . The rooms are filthy and low pressure from shower .The place is not clean; loads of flies etc...

Outside appearance of the property looks nice but when you entered the room it does look flighty .on top the Ac is not working . Very upsetting and I couldn’t sleep as it’s too noisy .

We’be been travelling a lot but this is so far the only place we’ve been screamed at by the receptionist and told to leave if we didn’t want to leave our keys at the reception when we were going out ot smoke at night. Outrageous behaviour.

Location was excellent, between the train station and the old city. The staff were excellent and helpful. Only problem for me was that there was no hair dryer available and this is something I need. Also, lots of stairs to get to reception.

Bed bugs!!!! In all the beds. Invested and covered in bites. Reception did not care.

Compact hotel close to the Station & an easy walk to the centre of town. Staff friendly and a reasonable breakfast supplied. The room was compact but functioned perfectly for our short stay.

The Hotel Ambassadeur is pretty basic. The front desk was helpful and they spoke English. The location is great, about 5 minutes from the train station and a short walk to the city center. Its a good value, but no frills.

It is near to the central railway station, the breakfast is continental, the bathroom need to be checked because water leaked from the bath, little room but enough to sleep

The hotel receptionist, Judith, could not have been more helpful, friendly and hard working! The breakfast was simple but fresh, plentiful, varied and tasty and again managed by Judith. If you just want a base to sleep with a decent breakfast and helpful staff and you can managed all the stairs, then this is the one for you.
