Really nice hotel in a great location. There are no lifts so be aware that you may need to climb a couple of floors. Staff were very helpful and the rooms were big and comfortable. Would stay again.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location, convenient for the beaches, shops and restaurants. Stylishly furnished, the hotel has a lovely lounge area to enjoy and our room was very nice too. The staff are all very helpful and welcoming. We loved our stay and will be returning for sure!

I really enjoyed my stay here. I expected quite a standard service but it exceeded my expectations. The decor is cool, location was very handy for the beach and centre and the room itself was lovely and had its own terrace. The service was great, the staff were friendly and attentive. I didn’t have the breakfast so can’t comment on that but if I return to Biarritz I’d definitely consider going back here.

We had a really lovely stay here for 2 nights, very close to good bars and restaurants but just far away enough to be on a quiet street. We would happily stay again and would recommend to friends and family. Only complaint is the sustainability practices here! We got new towels after one night, as well as a brand new soap, and sugar cubes were individually wrapped in plastic!

Beautiful decor, smells amazing, pristine clean, comfortable bed, nice location and the breakfast is FANTASTIC. I will return without any doubt.

This hotel is absolutely charming, we had two rooms on the garden level both with small courtyards with chairs and table. Staff are extremely helpful. Breakfast is great, lots of options available (eggs, piklets, breads, cheese, meats, yoghurt, cereal, fruit etc). Comfortable beds, tea and coffee in room

This place was so ridiculously charming it was almost unbearable (in such a good way!). We came on a spontaneous trip from Oregon to Biarritz, not really knowing anything about the city, to see a favorite musician, Melody Gardot, perform at a local venue. We knew we wanted a small, cozy place near the theatre, preferably walking distance, and this place fit the bill. What we didn't expect (the pictures of the property and amenities don't do it justice), was the unbearable charm of the of the property itself. Super clean, super French, super accommodating, super adorable, super service, heck, even the hotel breakfast was super! The bed was comfortable, the room was adorable, the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, the view from the balcony of a charming quaint streets of a French seaside village was idyllic, the location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from anywhere you want to go in town, from the beach to the theatre, to a plethora of restaraunts. Fell in love with Biarritz, will definitely be back, and will definitely try to book here again.

I took #38 bus from the airport and was dropped off a 3 minute walk away. Charming property but no elevator so don’t stay if you can’t do stairs or have lots of luggage. Central location. Bathroom sink is not s sink, concrete slab with a sink. Hard to even brush my teeth. All else is good with my single room.

Lovely little hotel set in a quiet street and a short walk to the old town and the beach. The rest of the town is easily accessible as is Biarritz's main surfing beaches. Lovely bakery at end of the street and supermarkets nearby. Our room and bathroom were clean, modern and comfortable.

We had a really nice pleasant stay. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, cheerful. The breakfast was tasty, although the variation was limited, it is understandable as the Covid situation. The room was spotless clean and very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel!

L'hôtel est parfaitement bien situé ! Proche de tout et donc un vrai plaisir de se balader dans les rues de Biarritz. Malheureusement pour nous, le temps n'était pas à son avantage, mais la chambre était tellement agréable que nous y sommes rester pour en profiter le maximum. Je recommende !

Very nice room and fixtures. Lovely Hotel, feels like a private Home. Nice and professionell Staff. Very clean. Only drawback: my room was tiny, no Desk, no Place to put à bag. No chair. A terrace rather large (but no substitute). Also : very weak pressure of water in the shower.

Very charming hotel with super friendly staff - French hospitality at its best despite Corona. Our room was very cute with sea view on the horizon. Breakfast was served at the table due to Corona. We definetly would go back.

We chose this hotel for our 1 night stay in Biarritz, France for its convenient location. We easily found the recommended car park and the hotel was about a 3 -4 minute walk. We were pleasantly greeted and provided access to our room on the 2nd floor. It was spacious and had a ton of character. Old wood floors, set of steps within the room to access the window,etc. There was also plenty of room for our luggage. We headed out from here and made our way to Les Halles (2 minute walk), Miremont (famous pastry cafe (3 minute walk) and the beautiful sea front (5 minute walk). There are also many wonderful restaurants even closer to the hotel (not down at waterfront) and we chose one of these for our Saturday night out in Biarritz. The hotel staff kindly made a reservation for us at the restaurant of our choice and the restaurant had a table ready for us when we arrived. We enjoyed a good nights rest at the Hotel Edouard and would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Biarittz. Friendly staff, French charm and a convenient location to all points of interest.

Was very impressed by the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff at this hotel. The hotel has a lovely grand living room and conservatory area with cosy sofas and chairs where you can chill out, help yourself to free coffee and enjoy the tranquil atmosphere and elegant decor. It's easy walking distance to the beach and into the centre of town and there are lots of restaurants close by. Nice breakfast buffet.

An excellent hotel, full of character. I would usually pick a very modern, boutique hotel, but Edouard VII proved charming and welcoming. The bedroom was large, with polished wood floors and furnished with older pieces; the room temperature was controlled with quiet, efficient air conditioning. The bed was extremely comfortable with crisp, clean white bedding. The bathroom was fitted with a modern shower and a marble sink slab (which despite initial concerns, worked well). Both bedroom and bathroom had large double windows which opened to give lovely views of surrounding area. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and efficient. The hotel was within 5 minute walk of Les Halles (a beautiful food market) and accompanying restaurants and bars. Being those 2/3 streets away from the centre of town meant the hotel was extremely quiet at night - so an excellent nights sleep was guaranteed. Biarritz itself was fantastic with a seemingly endless choice of restaurants and bars, shops and expansive beaches. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Hotel and the resort.
