The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean.

Noisy guests... talking, laughing, doors banging until 5:30 AM. Sleep was impossible.

There was some sort of maintenance problem creating an uncomfortable smell in the hall upstairs and we had no real window being in the center second floor. Otherwise everything was great, Very large room, easy parking, quiet and comfortable, close to restaurants and shopping

Carpet was old, bathroom had a ceiling leak with mold and peeling paint and wallpaper. Some congealed spider webs hanging from the smoke alarm. AC function was marginal. Beds were comfortable and bedding was good. They had these nice grab bags for people leaving before breakfast but the fruit had rotted and should have been thrown away rather than put out in bags for to gos. Nice folks working there but place needs maintenance.

There was urine around the toilet in the bathroom that had not been cleaned since the prior guest floors were dirty throughout the hotel shower door Would not stay closed and overall the entire hotel just needed to be cleaned

The kids enjoyed the pool. It was quiet and the staff was amazing. They helped us with everything.

It was a good stay for us, however we were very surprised that we had to pay$50.00 for our pet who is cleaner than some adults. She slept on the floor in her own bed. Most hotels we stayed in charged $20.00.

Just a quick overnight stay. Nice lobby & dining area. Looked quite new & well kept. Suite was spacious but didn't separate work & rest areas. No exhaust fan in bath so ceiling was peeling. No place at all to hang up towels! Strange pull out shelves at bathroom vanity. King bed had no top/flat sheet. Had to call front desk at 11pm to request a flat sheet which was delivered - queen size. Is this a bedding trend? Also phone in room didn't work.

We always stay here when we come to Lubbock. I was a little disappointed with things this time. Staff was superb, but the pool was disgusting. The water was green and there were things floating in it. Also, our thermostat in the room was smashed and had not been replaced.

Second time i have stayed here. Both times were great. Room was clean and cool. I did like the shampoo and body wash dispensers. Very convenient. All staff were very courteous.

Had a great wonderful stopover on our road trip. Hotel and room very clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. We checked in after midnight and it was very easy. The breakfast was good in the morning; loved how they had paper bags and bottled water for guests who needed to pack and take breakfast to-go. They also thoughtfully had already packed to-go breakfast bags for guests who need to grab and run. Location felt safe, no problem with parking and security while there.

We showed up a little early and they were able to get us into a room so I didn’t have to take my kids to a meeting. The rooms were very spacious and the facilities were clean. The kids loved the pool. It was a great place to stay. The location was great. We were close to everything we wanted to do.

Just stopped in for one night, check in and out very smooth. Very satified with breakfast, it was very good with various selections. Room was comfortable and AC held the cool temp. Will return again.

Staff was extremely nice, but facility should not have a 9.0 rating. Paint was worn in halls and room. Hotel was empty, but I was placed in the room with a flood fan outside my room door, and I could hear one in the room above me. The ceiling in my bathroom was visibly wet with the paint coming off. Surely they could have made a better choice in my placement. Breakfast looked good. Didn’t see the pool. I can’t recommend this hotel.
