Great location close to downtown but off the busy street. Easy check-in and keyless entry. Good amenities and hot breakfast included. Enjoyed our stay!

The staff was very very friendly and helpful, the hotel itself was clean and is so cozy, the room was very clean and cozy and comfortable couldn’t have asked for better!

The Hampton Inn & Suites of CDA was very comfortable. We had a king room, and it was nice to see a slightly different arrangement than the "standard" hotel room arrangement. Even though our room faced the parking lot and we could see I-90 in the distance, it was super quiet; the room-darkening blinds were an added bonus. The desk attendant at check-in was very friendly and made our late evening arrival a breeze. Located just a little over 1 block from the Spokane River and some nice eateries, it's a nice location. Would stay here again!

This is our favorite hotel in Coeur d’ Alene, and stay here each time we visit the area.

Really bad follow up from Hotels.com. I thought we reserved a king room with balcony, but were checked in to a basic standard with minimal furniture and when I tried to upgrade this had to be done through Hotels.com and contacting you by phone is almost impossible. When we eventually got hold of a representative the next day a call was made to the hotel and they claimed the upgrade rooms were sold out, which was clearly not the case and it appears that any minor added cost could not be agreed upon. So we stayed 3 days in an inferior room for which I paid over $200 per day. This was not a good experience and I doubt that I will use Hotels.com or stay at this hotel again.

An average hotel. Staff was friendly and parking was convenient. The television picture had strange dotted vertical lines which was distracting and the sheer curtains had a fairly large rip.

We have been coming to Coeurdalene for many years for a holiday , and this is our first time staying at the Hampton Inn & Suite . We decided to stay here and having a balcony to look out onto the river was an incentive.. over all our stay there was great , clean and quiet , pool was great , and staff was fantastic to deal with !! Very friendly and helpful . Will definitely be booking again in the future .

Our family loved the location of the hotel! It was within a few short steps of the river and floating dock that we walked on and watched all the hustle and bustle of the boats headed to the lake. There are also several eating options for breakfast, lunch and dinner all around the hotel. The kids loved the included breakfast and pool. We will definitely stay here again.

My wife and I like to work out center and the ability to do our own laundry.
Most of all we are impressed with the complementary breakfast that is served at this facility There are and incredible variety of alternating food choices served each day. The fact that they serve breakfast until 10 AM is very thoughtful.
Housekeeping services are great and check out at noon is also a plus!!
