Fantastic hotel just across the street to boat to vallette. Loads of fairly priced restaurants and bars. Staff very accommodating and helpful slways dmiling.

The staff is very welcoming and helpful and that makes a lot of difference in any travel experience. Although the hotel is a bit aged, it is located right on the waterfront in Sliema, which offers a huge number of cafes and restaurants to choose from. Our room's balcony overlooked the sparkling harbor area, which is beautiful at night. For the money in an expensive area, it is a good bet for travelers.

Good hotel with elevator. I had a room for three, so the space is great. A bit old but this is the charm. The only drawback is the very poor noise isolation : I could hear everything from the hallway, and even the noisiest from nearby rooms.

Great location, close to ferry, taxi stand, and bus. Excellent dining options steps from the hotel. The staff was amazing and helpful.

it was a beautiful hotel and had a wonderful staff and it was conveniently located next to everything and on top of that, it had a great breakfast, highly recommended!!!

Great location for the ferries could do the breakfast a lot better apart from that staff can’t do enough for you you’ve got any problems they will help you out. I would stay there again definitely

Hi. To begin with, I have to say that this is not a luxury hotel, BUT we got what we paid for, and the price was more than reasonable. The staff was lovely and understanding. Some that I should mention are Mariana, Sushma, the cleaning lady on the 5th floor, just the entire staff was very accommodating. Be aware - the electric plug system is British style. The hotel may give you a loaner conversion plug. Cheaper rooms do not have access to an exterior window. Which was fine with us. No refrigerator in our room. Other rooms had refrigerator. The TV has a very limited number or channels, most in German. On the plus side, the internet worked fine everywhere. The water ran OK. There were toiletries and fresh towels, as expected, The bed was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is very nice, full of all kinds of restaurants and even a supermarket around the corner with reasonable priced cooked food. Wellbee's. Many tours and cruises just across the street on the shore. We came in the off-season (late Jan) and there were still full of tourists. The hotel was full every night, that tells you that is OK. I would come back again if back in Malta, Sliema.

When we arrived we received a warm friendly welcome from the receptionists. We had booked an economy room which I wasn't very fond of. The receptionist was kind to show me an alternative room which came with an extra cost. This room is huge overlooking the beautiful view of Valletta. I strongly recommend paying an extra fee and get an upgrade. The restaurant food was also very nice and the staff are all friendly. We would definitely return.

I don’t recommend staying in this hotel with this price, Location is actually good, staff is friendly but on the other side this is very old hotel with no lobby but only a desk and receptionist, First shock is the key of the room which ofcourse not electronic, its very larg key that you have to handle taking it everywhere during your stay, room is fine but the bathroom is not, the bathtube is dirty and very old, the Lift of the hotel is small, old and scary, i think the pictures on Expedia are misleading so i was disappointed for the quality in return of price, maybe it worth half the price paid

This hotel is the best location on the waterfront, where all the restaurants /shopping are and at good price. Some shared amenities were recently updated and beautifully decorated. I absolutely love the brunch location on the eighth floor and the view from the rooftop patio on the ninth floor. Too bad the hot tub was close during winter. my room was clean and well decorated with a lovely balcony (706). Breakfast had many delicious options. Totally recommend!

As a first time visitor to Malta as a single woman, this was a really good place to stay. Everything was convenient and felt very safe. I was there to explore the island for 5 days and see as much as possible. If I was going for a relaxing beach vacation then I would have chosen a different side of the island. The facilities and staff were excellent. Staff ordered an Uber for my departure. Can’t fault this place at all.

Cheap and cheerful, but clean and staff friendly. Opted for room only as there is ample eating places in and next to the hotel. Ideal location for transport to explore the island. Sliema is a busy are, but it suited my needs

Was a very nice central location in Sliema, only a short walk from both the ferry, and the taxi. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby as well as a top notch dive center.

Good place old but good enough and very well located in Sliema

Due to a mistake in departure date they kicked our stuff off room a day early and even stole some of our things. Also the hotel elevator is dangerously old badly needs maintenance and is only matter of time before some terrible accident happens.

Great location to dining and shopping and to catch the ferry. Great breakfast with a view.

Complained to Expedia about the drilling weekday from 8:30am above my room (sounded like signification renovation). Told by the operator on virtual chat to contact Expedia UK. Through virtual chat nothing has been done about my complaint. Room small but comfortable (other than the drilling noise which disrupted my stay).

Nice room, very clean and newly updated. Only draw back is the only window opens on to an airshaft. Conveniently located to the ferry to Valletta and a number of restuarants

fabulous and central to all amenities ..staff amazi g ans wonderfully clean..fab views from our balcony and also having breakfast...sun terrace on 9th floor was stunning

The room was very small,no opening window for fresh air into the room. The bed was comfortable the service was great,the room was clean breakfast was fantastic different selection each day, we would stay again only make sure we book a bigger room
