Nice room, memory foam matress was nice, huge tv, tall ceilings. Quiet and clean room. Conveniently located. Nice staff.

Staff at check-in was friendly and polite. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom hadn’t been cleaned or at least not well. Tub and toilet and floor was dirty.

The check in was quick and easy. There was a smell of mold in the room that was difficult to stand. Everything was just a bit old.

King suite, check in easy smelled great on 3rd floor, lots of barking from people with animals, fridge was broken literally did not close so all of my food went bad that I packed, never fixed or checked in, some sauce stain still on drawer next to bed never clean or attend to, mild visibly in shower by faucet like a whole line of it and dog hair on one of the accent couches bed slept well and we were busy as we were down for a dance comp so we were gone most of the day except sleeping plenty of time for them to fix things but it was not and breakfast was bleak they ran out of reg sugar for coffee they didn’t refill it my kids will eat anything but none of us could eat this stuff

The staff was great. We evacuated from our home in Tampa because of Milton. We had to extend our stay due to damage and power lost at our house. The staff was able to accommodate us. High recommend this location. Thank you

Very clean and friendly staff. I checked in from the link that was sent via text and sent a photo ID at that time. When I arrived, I told her my name and she handed me my key. That was it. Super fast and easy.

Ended up having to book a last minute room here after a 10 hour drive and issue with another hotel not accepting pets. This place ain’t fancy but does the job if you need a night in a hotel with dogs.

We enjoyed our stay!!! Nice smell soon as you walk in, friendly customer service, nice pool and room. Great breakfast options. We'll be returning

The air conditioner had part of its grate missing and had a mildew smell.
The floor was very clean and we witnessed them mopping often.

We stayed in a room with two king sized beds. Everyone slept well on the comfortable and larger beds. The room felt larger and spacious and gave our dogs space to move around. We also appreciated the gym.

All good except for the HVAC it was LOUD and second night there was a noise coming from the area of the TV. mak it difficult to fall back sleep.

We have stayed here for years on the way to the beach. Beds are comfortable, good breakfast and friendly staff. Good value

I felt comfortable and safe where the hotel is located. There are several restaurant options and shops nearby. The hotel was clean, and we were not disturbed by any noise in our room. The continental breakfast was what we expected. We appreciated the clean up dog bag stations outside the hotel. We would recommend this hotel to our friends.

Stayed only one night. Everything was great. Friendly staff. Breakfast was pretty good. There was only one chair in the room, but the office chair was comfortable.

The bathroom was dirty, needs uncomfortable and very noisy.

The hotel was clean and smelled clean. I loved the floors and no carpet! Breakfast was the same thing every day. Not too many options so my kids were hungry for another breakfast soon after. The biggest issue was no elevator for 5 days. We were on the third floor so that was super inconvenient. The pool was nice and not too deep. I did wish they had more chairs because a few times they were all full and we had to put our belongings on the ground.

The elevator was out of order had to carry our bags up a flight of stairs. Breakfast was okay. Beds was comfortable and there doing a lot of remodeling to make the hotel better.
