Mold in the tub. Hot tub out of order.

We reserved the hotel mainly for the hot tub, but the hot tub was down all weekend. The shower on sunday morning was luke warm at best. Disappointing to say yhe least.

For $200/night, this hotel was not worth it. The lobby was nice, but the rooms were dated and worn. The tub was gross, with lots of stains and the grout looked dirty. The bathroom sink would not drain properly. There was no bedding for the sofa bed. The beds were very soft and the bedding looked like it was from the 90s. Breakfast was very sub-par. Only one elevator was working and for the size of the hotel, it wasn't enough, especially in the morning.

Would never stay here again. Horrible smell throughout the entire hotel including rooms. The whole place is run down, we couldn’t even sit on the toilet because 3 of the pads were missing from seat. Dresser and countertops were stained and stick.

Check in was easy.
Our room floor was wet but we didnt think much of it because we thought it was from the humidity. Our AC sounded like a chopper taking off. Later we heard a couple talking about their room smelling like mildew and the host said they did have some water get a few rooms wet. So now I wonder if our room was one of them?
The morning we were checking out we went for breakfast first and pushed on our door to assure it fully closed. Well come to find out it didnt even latch at all! Thank goodness we had used the extra security latch at night, as someone could have just pushed right through the door if wanted.
All of this was verbally explained to the desk at checkout. It was accepted with an "ok".

Extremely loud. The hotel is next to an inner-state highway and the windows are extremely non insulated. It was so loud felt like I was sleeping on the freeway! Did not sleep at all. Someone above my room was dribbling a basket ball and a hallway door randomly would slam close all night as well. Worst stay ever.

Somone had stuffed lots of towels between the couch and the wall and the water was off for a couple of hours, couldn't take a shower before a get together I was attending.

A very upscale hotel with great design. The lobby is an amazing space. The only downside was the air conditioning wasn’t working great, but it wasn’t bad and of course it was Fourth of July weekend so didn’t want to bug anybody. What’s that yes

There is so much wrong here. I have photos of the condition of this hotel. The staff seemed checked out. Didn't care. Had to move rooms because the 1st one had a broken big screen tv. Looked fist shaped. Phone didn't work in 2nd room. Pool area had deafening acoustics with screaming unsupervised children who antagonized my husband and possibly damaged my his ear drum. No one cared.
So many more complaints i could add but in short we will not be returning to Cambria or any of their affiliates.

The room was large but there was no luggage rack to put suitcases on and only one chair for 4 people.

The pull out bed was so stained and dirty we would not sit on it without a cover. The noise factor of people walking and running upstairs was distracting. Hall noise was very loud morning and night.
