Too commercialised for my taste, but suited our needs for the pupose of this trip.

The property was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly. The property was dated and it showed. The breakfast selection was really good, but the lunch and dinner options could be better. The location was good as it was close to amenities, but a bit far away from the beach. I had to pay a deposit at the front reception to secure an electric oven for the room as it didn't come with one.

The all-inclusive service, room and location made this a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. There was a wide selection of food options for breakfast, lunch and dinner, bus stops for the beach and airport are almost right outside. Staff were helpful, double room was spacious and balcony caught the sun in the afternoon and was a comfortable spot to relax in. Highly recommended.

The staff accepted that guests placed towels on the sunbeds several hours in advance.

Too much people and too loud

Parking for hire cars was very convenient, right outside the hotel and free. The food was nice for a buffet and soft drinks and wine/beer is included during evening meals for half board. Enough sun loungers for everyone but the pool wasn’t heated so too cold in February. Downside was the road was quite noisy on the balcony and the hotels are very close together.

Hello, we stayed in this hotel for few nights; I think this hotel has five different buildings with a cylindrical architecture that has a swimming pool; Jacuzzi; Bar ; Big restaurants and etc. It was very crowded and we did not feel well. The rooms were small and there was no ventilation system in the bathroom and toilet. The bed in the room was loose and there was no refrigerator in the room. We had some food that was all ruined. The bathroom light on the ground floor or at the bottom of the entrance building wasn off .and did not work, so I used the light of my mobile phone; The building is old and has been renovated, and the colors of the roof and walls are rotten in many places; This hotel did not meet our expectations, but maybe for people who want everything in one place, including a place to sleep, not luxury; The bar should be good for drinks, breakfast, dinner and lunch, and a swimming pool and jacuzzi. I got this hotel for its spa, but I couldn't use it because it was too busy

Food choice need more work

Great hotel, rooms very clean and comfortable beds. Staff were excellent, breakfast was very tasty and loads of choice. Plenty of sun beds and facilities in the hotel are very good. Really enjoyed our stay. We were in block E and the only negatives were that the air conditioning wasn’t great so we had to leave the balcony door open but there was a lot of road noise from a busy road at the back of the hotel. Overall we had a lovely holiday and would have no problem booking again.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. The pools were great, our grandchildren loved them. The food selection was varied and good.

Spent a week at the Waikiki in early July (B&B): Positives: - cleanliness, friendly staff, breakfast choices, pool / loads of sunbeds, good location for buses Negatives: - evening entertainment, pool bar area, feels more German than Spanish Best for: Young families Not good for: Older teenagers, young adults, singles Pleased we went B&B rather than AI - lots of grumbles from AI guests about the drinks and dinner.

Stay was very pleasant. Staff was amazing, friendly & kind. Food, fresh & healthy. Location was great too. Would recommend to anyone.

The hotel structure is really good. The staff are just amazing. Working hard tomake everyone happy. The restaurant are good, loads of options but start getting boring after few days. The big disappointment was the intertainment. We arrived on solstice day. Loads of activities, loads of animators at night we had one cuban singer work together with more 5 animatores. Dancing ballons competition was amazing. The other day look like we was in different hotel. Just one animator. He work hard but not the same. At night we had one singer (poor girl) look like geriatric home. Was so boring and sad. No animators at night. Everyone went out to buy card games. Because not have nothings to do. And was the same for more 2 nights. In our last night we had a acrobatics circus. As well really good and everyone enjoy. *hotel manager. Singers not make intertainment. Is boring. Contract a big team and invest in games. We defo not come back.

Great staff from the chefs, barman, cleaners and entertainment. Nice location for 12 mins walk to beach, free shuttle or very cheap taxis, restaurants and pubs nearby on every street

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, beds very comfortably very modern room cleaned every day by lovely house keeping staff, food excellent, daily entertainment, lots of sun loungers available every day Would highly recommend staying here

Poor breakfast

Excellent property for the price we paid 10 min walk to Yumbo. AI very good value and a lot better than expected

We spent a week at Waikiki just after Easter. The hotel is well located close to bars and restaurants only a short walk away. The hotel has a fairly big capacity but this can really only be felt at breakfast time when the restaurant tends to get busy. The breakfast was very repetitive after a few days but it was possible to find something. We booked a double room which came with 2 single beds pushed together= not a double bed which was very annoying, however the room was clean with fresh towels daily. We were surprised that a 4 star hotel does not have a fridge or even kettle in the room. Whilst the hotel is very family orientated and the animation team great, the 18+ areas were full of children which was not monitored at all. The little gym equipment there was was used by children with no space for adults, the jacuzzi had more children in it than adults which got irritating at times. Overall an okay stay.

happy to stay , middle of maspalomas close to pubs , shops , good selections for breakfast, animation for everyone .... to beach just 15 min walk , bus stop just 2 min walk .... very recommended

Although only 1 night due to flight cancellation was excellent. Reception staff very helpful and restaraunt staff very efficient

Had a amazing stay! Nice staff, very friendly. Good playground and poolarea for kids and minidisco in the evening. Nice hotel, fresh and clean. Many choices of food and you had access to different meals all day!

Lovely family friendly hotel. The food was lovely and varied with plenty of choice. It was always well presented and hot. The waiting staff were always friendly and efficient at clearing the tables. Lovely champagne breakfast on Sunday and a large chocolate fountain was a treat. The rooms were very clean and cleaned daily. The hotel had a lovely large lively pool, but the sun bed culture meant you had to get up early so get a bed so you can watch over your children. Unfortunately, although there was meant to be a life guard, he was never really present and when he was, he was rarely watching over the pool. The entertainment needs improving. It finished too early in the evening as the singers were only on for 1.5 hours. The disco downstairs was non existent as they sent the kids away but most of the guests had kids as it was a family resort. The day time entertainment for the kids could do with improvement too. Apart from the water polo it wasn’t very good. Archery happened under the glare of the midday sun, with only one archery board for example. Overall my family of 4 had a lovely holiday as would definitely return.
