We booked a king and got 2 queens due to "overbooking". I booked the room 3 hours before arrival. No kind of reparation was offered. Other than that, was a great stay.

The room was fabulous but there was not hot water to take a shower

The room was very nice and the employees were extremely friendly. However only 2 restaurants open during our stay; mexican and Asian were only options other than a grab and go section with sandwiches, salads and pastries. Extremely disappointed. We won’t return.

I decided to surprise my wife and kids with a mini vacation to kick off the Thanksgiving holiday week. They were blown away with awe and excitement! From the clean smell of the entrance, to the pool (swimming @73 degrees in November!) and arcade options, to the largest hotel gym we've ever seen, and to the dazzle of the lights at night, we all gave it a 10-out-of-10

Very classy place, clean, neat and one of the best things I liked were your young men taking our luggage to our room. These young men working there sets the tone. Yes, they have some kind of issues, it make me want to return because it is obvious that they care about people.

Our stay started out good, checked in got to the room, the bathroom drawers were broken and I noticed they didn't supply any complimentary things like makeup remover wipes etc (a lot of higher end hotels do). The bed was slightly uncomfortable but not the worst. The big reason we didn't enjoy our stay was the adjoining door to the room next to us. I could hear their YouTube videos, conversations, shower/hairdryer everything down to the words said. we were up until after midnight because of how loud they were. Ask for a room not adjoining.

Construction was going on woke with jackhammering above our head. Asked for a quieter room they said they couldn’t guarantee one. Stayed on the 14. Left and did not not stay on the 15 th. I was still charged for both days.

I would have given it five stars if it weren’t for the loud construction that was going on. Great place for a weekend getaway!

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at L'Auberge Casino Resort Lake Charles. My only complaint is no carts for unloading my car. They have a valet but they stay backed up.
I can’t wait to stay there again!

Cold water for showers no one can come late night. No iron or ironing board Construction early morning disturbed sleep. Noisy housekeepers . 30 minute wait to speak to front desk. No manager avaliable. State they will call me as supervisor said he will slide number under door to manager. Hour later still waiting for call.

Check in process to hotel was easy, valet parking was closed when we arrived after 5 pm approximately. Self parking area was close by available within close proximity to hotel entrance.

They are in the process of a much needed remodel, so I understand there are going to be set backs. The floor I stayed on smelled of urine the entire way down the hall. The carpet desperately needs to be replaced, so I hope that is included in this little update they are doing. I will give it another shot once the remodels are done, but as of right now, I would not recommend staying.

Property is currently undergoing renovations and the noise was terrible. My room was not cleaned properly. The staff was very friendly. I will not stay there again until renovations are completed.

Started doing construction at 7am and didn’t stop. Sounded like a jack hammer on top of us. Left a day early bc it was not a relaxing vacation.

My stay was great. I Moved to a higher floor where the noise was not so loud on the second day. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The only thing I had an issue with is the price of the room and no complimentary breakfast and the coffee maker was broken and no refrigerator in the room

Liked the dealers at the tables their great and their bosses and the waitresses but as far as the hotel it sucked room never got cleaned no one ever answered the phone no HOT water even got told that maintenance would come that was a lie never seen a soul now on a better note the pool and and adult area and employees that worked that area were fabulous really need the tips cause they realy were good

Very satisfied. Even though hotel was under renovation, we were never inconvenienced. Room was clean and stocked. Casino was clean and friendly. We will be back as soon as possible.

The property is under construction. If you have any plans of relaxing comfortably in your room between 7am-6pm, then don’t go here. The construction noise is so outrageously loud, they provide ear plugs in the room that only muffles the noise only a little. This is my most disappointing stay.

We’ve stayed there numerous times and have always been satisfied for the most part. But was a little disappointing this time. The swim up bar in the lazy River did not have anyone working to serve drinks and the handful of tubes that were not in the best condition were occupied used. There was a lot of trash around the pool areas and the lazy river.

This was my first time actually staying in the lauberge hotel. The front desk staff was nice and friendly however we were not told that construction was going on at the hotel until after we paid during check in. That is information I would have liked to know ahead of time. We were told we probably would hear minimal noise but we heard constant drilling and hammering all day. We also had to call the front desk multiple times before we actually had towels brought to our room. The room was not terrible but it was definitely not the cleanest. The reason we stayed at this hotel was because of the pool and lazy river for my daughter to enjoy. There were only a hand full of tubes available to use in the lazy river. Most kids did not have a tube to use.

No hot water no phone the hotel had to call me on my cell phone to set up a room change, no to Happy about, the wife jus had had surgery and it was not what I was expecting.
