Room was comfortable and clean. My only issue was that the Internet didn't really work, which was tricky because I was trying to do get some things done that required it.

I was quite scared staying here. The parking lot felt sketchy and I people were constantly looking into my room. The staff were very friendly, and the room was clean. But I was uncomfortable staying here in terms of safety.

The staff was super friendly. The hotel was in close driving distance to the Shakespeare Festival and dining options without being right in the middle of everything, which was nice.

Perfect place to spend a night or two. Wild Goose Cafe & Bar next door, literally across the parking lot, sells the whole thing. You can be in downtown Ashland/OSF in 4 minutes. Clean, new tile in bathrooms, plenty of hot water and decent TV choices, if you care about that. 5 stars

It was nice

The room was very clean, looks like they renovated the rooms. Coffee which is available in the room was terrible, continental breakfast was average. When we arrived, after checking in, there was a guy sitting on the stairs smoking a cigarette, probably about two more people started to join him. All the rooms are no smoking rooms but still have the smell of cigarette smoke because of the constant smoking downstairs.

Very convenient to I-5,but a little drive to town.

I booked this room last minute for my husband who needed to pick our daughter up very early in Ashland the next morning. Didn’t want to spend a lot of money since it was just a quick one night turn around. He said the room was clean, quiet and comfortable. He said the bed was particularly comfortable. More so than most hotels. He had forgotten to bring his favorite pillow from home but said the bed pillows provided were also very comfortable. There is a Tesla supercharger only a couple minutes away which was also convenient. There is a delicious restaurant right next to the Tesla supercharger as well. For the value, we would definitely recommend this for anyone just needing a place to stay. Not so much for a romantic getaway in Ashland. The view from the room was not so good as it’s not in a picturesque location, but again it was just for the night. Parking right near the entrance of the rooms was also convenient and he said the area felt safe.
