Room was excellent for our family with two bedrooms and a small kitchen. We were able to order room service from a local restaurant. For an airport hotel it was very nice!

Quick check in with person on the desk who efficiently relayed all of the hotel’s perks. Well equipped room, and a nice pool area to beat the heat.

I loved this place! Great customer sevice, friendly and efficient. They even gave me a treat bad for my fur baby. Room was spacious for our family of 5. It was clean, easy to get to and convenient. Will definitely stat here again.

Had a unexpected emergency enroute, didn't arrive until after2am, the property allowed us a late check out, which helped some tired travelers immensely!

We got there a bit early The lady was rude about We came back a little bit later and a gentleman named Danny was extremely nice and helpful

Plain but clean property. Beds were Full size. Not sure why in New Mexico this is standard as everywhere else I go it would be a Queen sized bed.

When we checked in the lady was very pleasant and made us feel welcome. There were cookies someone had made. At check in she told us about the tacos and other food they had prepared whic. This is a very nice hotel for the money. I have stayed at most of the hotels near the airport and this one had the best service. Personal shuttle service and drop off. Friendly employees

I didn't like that the house keeping didn't clean, throw the trash and made the bed the next day. I wanted to pay a little more to be able to get the complete services.

Corner room which is my preference; big, spacious rooms; feels like home!

Daniel at the front desk was so polite and check in was easy. Daniel helped me get a shuttle lined up to pick me up at the airport. The room was clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was nicely stocked. Phylis came to get me at the airport. She was so friendly and we visited the entire trip. She helped me with my luggage and helped me in the van. Nathan was my shuttle driver back to the airport the next morning. I have been traveling for work for 8 years and never experienced anything like this. He was in the driver seat, never got out to help me with my luggage, didn’t help me get the van door closed and was not friendly. I had a hard time bc the van was kind of high up. I looked at him while I was as struggling and even said “gosh this is really high” but he never moved from the driver seat. I was the only one on the van. He asked me what airline and I told him and he said he would try and get me close….he literally drove all the way to the opposite side of that airline…all the way to the end. That was fine, no big deal, but again, he never got out to get the door for me or help me with my bag. And he did not even say “bye…” nothing. Boooo Nathan. Do better…learn manners at least. The rest of my stay was fantastic! I highly recommend this property, in spite of Nathan!

Our stay was wonderful and very comfortable the front desk was very friendly and helpful our room was neat and clean and comfortable we enjoyed our stay and will use it again in the near future

Our stay was good. We needed a room for our family close to the airport. Being able to us the two bedrooms and sofa sleeper worked out great. Having plastic cups in the bathroom would be nice.

Very nice,clean,great facility. Would stay again. Had difficulty with hot water initially. Got hot later,too many people using at once.

So close to the airport but I never heard a plane. They were in the middle of some construction but it did not interfere with anything. They had cookies when we arrived and cold lemon water. Breakfast was delicious!

Paid for a Queen, got a Full. Bed was garbage, giant hole. Bathroom fan was broken. Can’t believe this is what you get for $183

I was transferred to this hotel due to water line break at the other location where I wanted to stay. The room I requested was not available. The single bed room was too small for my family. I had no choice but to stay at this hotel since I paid in advance.

The room we inhabited was updated, but incomplete. There was an issue with the smoke detectors when we arrived. The staff helped, though.

Just amazing! The suite was gorgeous, clean, spacious and with everything we needed! The service was impeccable, breakfast always delicious and freshly made, they had cookies in the afternoon for guests, staff always nice and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel! A+++
