Great location, easy walking distance to a number of restaurants, cafes and take-aways, as well as shopping mall and ferry terminal. Staff service was excellent and room was very comfortable, can't fault it - highly recommended.

3. gang vi overnatter her. Fine leiligheter med stor balkong. Kort vei til Queen Street, Howards Wharfs og Riverside terminal for city cat. Vi kommer tilbake neste gang vi reiser down under!

Great location to stay if you are planning a visit or night out at Howard Smith Wharves. A short stroll along the waterfront will have you there in 5 minutes to explore the fabulous restaurants and great views

Fabulous views from the 50th floor. Full kitchen but could have been a bit better stocked. Didnt bother us staying overnight but for a longer stay could be annoying. Onsite parking available for a fee. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

When booking it would be really really helpful if the cost of and access to parking were shown clearly. The parking was expensive and had ridiculously small spaces.

When I arrived the reception staff were amazing very quick and professional service to check in. Has a beautiful room with river view and I requested high level floor and that was taking care of.

Very, very comfortable and clean. Staff unfailingly friendly and helpful and the location is just 100% convienient with stunning views over the city and river - even looked good on the very foggy morning we were there.

Incredibly difficult to find a "non-reserved" parking spot! The first suite we checked into did NOT have a functioning shower as the shower head was down the rail and could not be raised. So, we were obliged to do without the first night. The next morning, I got dressed, went to reception and asked for another suite (i got to inspect that one and noted it didn't have a bath plug) the shower worked, however, the hot water went from very hot to luke warm constantly without a change in the tap position. Additionally, the glass panel infront of the bath/shower tap is such that it is unreachable by someone who doesn't have long arms. The $40.00 fee for parking on weekend days Fri, Sat, Sunday is a "rip off".

The apartment was amazing. King beds were extravagant with every room having an ensuite. It was convenient to the mall and so many restaurants in the city or Valley. Best value for money!

All rooms are odd shaped. The luggage rack didn't fit anywhere. Shower frame was rusty. No extra towels (only 1 tea towel, no paper towels, very stingy). Toilet flush sisten kept getting stuck. Light switches were difficult to turn on and off.
Staff mixed up our paperwork with others. Instructions left at the front desk were ignored.
Not worth the money.

As I’m a member with oaks car park I get it for free, when I checked out they charged me for the parking, I wasn’t impressed as we all live on a budget now days. But when it came to the lady’s on reception they were amazing I needed to stay an other night and it was no trouble at all for them and I got to stay in the same room added bonus. Just don’t go I’m checking out ask for the bill first twice now I’ve stayed there and they have taken money with no explanation to why.

Great location near to river, transport and restaurants. Views are great too. Functional apartments. Drop off area for taxis requires you to hump your bags down stairs to get to reception. Room not clean, reported, still not cleaned. Told to just use one of two bathrooms. Strange security person asking us who we were in the evenings as we entered. All a bit strange. Slow checkin. Slow lifts (very).

We love the apartment. There was some elevator upgrades which was slowing down the process of getting in and out of the apartment, but that was the only thing. Great balcony, view, coffee machine, bed, pillows. We will be back. It’s our new staycation destination!

The hotel is in a perfect location close to everything in the central Brisbane. The reception is open all day round and is very helpful. Parking available onsite at additional fee, but rather reasonably priced at 39 AUD/day.
The only drawback is WiFi coverage which at least in my apartment was not available only partially (not in all rooms and not in balcony). Also there is a kitchen but it lacks some basic utensils, such as frying pans.

Our stay was great. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was very close to the Riverside Ferry Terminal. Had eateries and a Liquor store close by if needed. Would recommend sourcing a higher floor for a view if staying longer than 2 nights otherwise excellent.

The lifts.... this was chaos.... 60 floors and only 3 working. This must be frustrating for permanent residents. 15 minutes to get a lift from carpark to floor due to everything else being full.
