Our room had a lot of stains on the rugs- whirlpool dirty- bathroom clean. 2 night stay and 3 coffe pods in the room

This hotel room was very nice, modern and clean. The check-in process was the extremely fast and the employee was very friendly! The pool has adult only hours. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We loved the room, the view, the comfortable bed, the bathroom and shower. However, we missed not having a Keurig coffee maker with liquid creamers, but at least did have a coffee maker in the room. As far as the casino, we missed not having a self serve refreshment station, especially for coffee! The only option while gambling was waiting for a server to show up.

Beautiful setting

The hotel was lovely, except for the fact that the entire place smelled like smoke. We had a non smoking floor our friends had to stay in a smoking room. She coughed for a week! The staff was lovely.

The staff and casino workers were very nice and helpful. The rooms are spacious and very clean.

Our room was clean and quiet. Dining options and food were great. Casino floor was great, lots of game options. Disappointed in drink service on the casino floor, very few waitresses and waiting over an hour before seeing one. Staff at social club was unable to explain things to newcomers. Overall, very happy and still be returning.

Beautiful place and lovely room! Very close to Allegheny State Park where we were attending a nature preserve weekend.

We love this hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean with great views of the surrounding mountains. The pool and hot tub could use some more frequent cleaning.

I do not like your web site anymore. Upon opening, I no longer see your room offerings, and stay and play as before, but a page full of Expedia, and other booking companies with no offers, and higher prices. I was unable to delete these, and forced to select one. I booked a King NON SMOKING, and was given a smelly smoking rm on the 5th floor. I had to drag all my luggage down, wait in line and ask for the room I reserved. Thankfully the girls were very nice and apologized. I have been visiting this casino for years, and remember when the kid crapped in the pool, and shutdown the pool, and hottub which we liked for a couple years. I know someone who worked there. I now find that to get hotel specials, I cannot use the web site, and must call. to me this is dumb. Put your offers on your web site, and just supply a link for others. Too many companies are trending downward trying to do business on the cheap. Spend the money updating your worn out carpets, and the entire 5th floor stinks. Sorry it isnt better. We will return, but cautiously.

The staff was over the top friendly, nice, and welcoming. Check in was a breeze and the lady was so nice and helpful @ checkout. The women who brought my room service was also so nice. I left something in the hotel and I called them to find it and save it and they helped we that so quickly and nicely. The dining staff was also great
