Great hotel Stayed on the all inclusive package and great food and drinks. really close up the Yumbo and good bus links to travel around Room was really nice with a pool view.

The Hotel is a nice clean hotel with a beautiful swimming pool, greatly located for the yumbo center nightlife. Food was nice and fresh and the restaurant was really clean. Good coffee and fresh orange juice, although the toasters need updating, they are too slow! Unfortunately, due to the carnival the music from the Yumbo centre was unbearably loud up to 04:30 and there was no scape from it, and also the room I had on the first floor, shared a wall with the pool bar and the noise started really early in the morning. So not a place for sleeping and relaxing.

Great hotel, friendly staff, location is prime, clean rooms and good breakfast buffet. Overall super happy with my stay. The hotel itself sports a little outdated interior design, but aside from that everything is great.

I've stayed at the Neptuno a few times now and always enjoyed it. Friendly staff, good food, comfortable rooms, relaxed atmosphere. Right next to the Yumbo centre if you're there for the nightlife

It was ok. I’ve stayed in other hotels in playa del ingles and this one wasn’t a favourite. The room decor was not as nice. But what really brought my rating down for the experience at check out. During check in I had been given a cardboard card to obtain a towel. I told the receptionist I didn’t need one as I brought my own but he still gave me the card. I didn’t read the back of the card but apparently it said I had to hand it back in or I would get a €20 fine. When I checked out, I didn’t have the card as it was never pointed out to me that I had to return this rice of cardboard when I checked in. Thankfully I found the card in the bin in my room but this seemed a way of conning guests out of another €20.

They have the most noisy housekeeping ever. You will not enjoy your holidays. You will wake up 8 AM because lady will be moving all furnitures in room above. Reception, location, cleanless is OK. Just housekeeping staff is doing everything to wake up you. Topic reported to reception so they know well who is writing review.

Had a great few days staying here. Room was very clean and the bar/pool area have a nice atmosphere, and are surprisingly quite quiet considering the proximity to the Yumbo. Food was of good quality - personally I preferred the a la carte lunch at the pool bar to the buffet, although that was still good (especially the desserts!). I would definitely stay again in future.

First impression wasn't great, but I'm glad it changed over the days to come. Staff in the reception demanded a voucher, even though they saw my reservation and that it was paid for. Eventually they accepted me forwarding the booking confirmation from hotels dot com. But be prepared that you might have to do this. Apart from this incident I was very happy with my stay at Neptuno. I opted for an all inclusive alternative and must say that the food and variation of items served during breakfast, lunch and dinner was excellent. High quality, and great flavors, with a mix of local, regional and international kitchens, lots of options and great presentations. Also the alcohol included was not only restricted to the cheapest of the cheapest brands, but with a nice variation and also including cocktails in the bar. Staff was also friendly, smiling and welcoming, with a very personal touch, adjusting to whom they were interacting with. The room was nice and comfortable although housekeeping seemed to have not looked under the bed before my arrival as it wasn't vacuumed under there. Despite this I found the rest of the room clean and tidy, and quite recently refurbished, making the bed comfortable and interiors feel nice.

Nice location but the hotel I feel is falling in to disrepair restaurant and bar air broken for years which makes u feel uncomfortable. Shower tray in room was broken and poorly repaired which still leaked so water poured out on to the floor Air con in room wasn't working very good either Hotel insists on men wearing trousers, where females can wear what the like which I think is unfair after all the restaurant is not la cate it's just buffet after all the female don't even dress up for dinner a couple turn upon hot pants and the rude manager though that was acceptable Steam and sauna didn't work either Sound proofing needs to be improved too

Very stressful arrival having to walk 2 miles with our case because roads closed due to carnival. But the hotel receptionist was lacking empathy or understanding and was demanding I sent the confirmation from hotels.com - despite receiving a message from the hotel only 30min prior to our arrival. I was stressed and tired and flustered. So not a good start but the hotel staff redeemed themselves- good breakfast and very comfortable room

The place is top quality, I have been many times. And will be back again. The food is excellent and varied. And the hotel is located perfectly in the resort.

Nice hotel close to beach and nightlife. Great place for adults only, staff is very friendly and super efficient, everything is keep clean and tidy. Food was better than expected. Housekeeping is doing a fantastic job.

The location is amazing, Hotel falling apart, rooms need a touch-up, everything is old, but not antique or chic just old, food we have been there 9 nights even I don’t remember any single delicious food, Yes they have cost issue but you cant give last night salad in next day morning. + 2 cockroaches in the food area. Drinks I got sick and tired of drinking in paper cups beside the pool, Chargeable safe box? 2 euro for every single day after paying 2300 euros, wowww different mentality Reception I think they are under pressure, I called and ask their help we couldn’t communicate with one restaurant, just he needs to translate a 5-second voice record, Answer is I am busy, you have to come to here, I can’t help you over the phone, Alright, alright easy champ, But the F&B staff were brilliant, happy, and helpful.

A nice hotel, perhaps a bit dated now. Been there before and still great to stay. Inconsistent service from the staff, welcome at the reception on arrival was very poor and rude. Some staff need customer service training. Cleaning staff member left my room open so anyone could have walked in my room. Very poor experience.

We stayed at the Neptuno 12-19/3 2022 and we had a great week at this fine Hotel. The food was excellent all week, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Great variation, (fish, meat, chicken etc) all over when we had all inclusive. Staff was very friendly and service minded overall and we have NOTHING bad to say at all. Special thanks to Maria, the restaurant manager:-) We have stayed at many hotels over the years and this one is for sure in top in combination for what we paid. Location is very good, 50 meters to Yumbo Shopping Center and about 10 minutes walk to the beach.
