I had booked a standard room for our stay but we were upgraded premium room by one of the receptionist. We loved it

The worst towels I've ever seen

The bed was comfortable. The cleaning staff and reception were excellent. The food and kitchen staff were wonderful. We had a good room and balcony facing the sea.

The building work on Hotel Triton was expected and not too bad. The entertainment in the late evening suits many people but not if you go to bed early. The only real grouch is the quality of the machine coffee at breakfast. I would love a mug of real filter coffee!

Var skuffet over bassenget. Masse grus og grums, og det ble tydeligvis ikke feid godt nok der. Og var for mye støyende musikk, ikke bare gymnastikken, men selv om ingen var med på vann gymnastikken som jeg opplevde en dag, så sto musikken og dundret tiden ut. Og den italienske frisøren gjorde en elendig jobb som manikyrist!

Position and views of hotel were great and the breakfast was amazing

Pool was overcrowded, rooms where a bit run down, towels were not very white and didnt dry well

Location perfect, some of the staff were very friendly, gardens and pool area were extremely well kept, food and drink prices very reasonable

Air con in rooms is almost non-existent, rooms are not cleaned very well (if at all), free drinks for premium rooms often not left, towels very poor quality, some staff very rude, food ok quality but quite repetitive, evening entertainment not great

I would say that this is a hotel full of contrasts. The good parts: - amazing staff - they are one of the reasons that i have rated it better than my initial feeling. The staff is really supportive, attentive and would help you in any way they can. - the entertainment possibilities offered by the hotel are over the top. - the room size is ok - the beds are exceptional - each single bed is 131 - 150 cm and the mattress is very good - the food offers a looooooot of choices and they try to make each dinner with a special theme. - the location - it is very close to the beach and a lot of the rooms have a view overlooking the sea. The bonus ( this can be interpreted according to your own personal preference) are the 110 stairs that you have to go down and then climb up on the way to and from the beach. - the management was present in the restaurant every night overseeing and interacting with the hotel guests p.s. we had "superior" room. would advise to book a "premium" room

The not so good parts: - the rooms have not been painted in a couple of years - the walls are full of mosquito kill - blood - some of the walls have mold and cracks in them - the air conditioning is in need of repair and a good clean - the bed sheets - both the pillow cloth and the bed sheet - had dirt / stains on them - i would recommend that in the restaurant you pay attention not to sit under a air-conditioning vent as water might drip in your plate / food - i don't know how to explain this - dirt was dripping from the bathroom celling - there was a foul smell coming from the bathroom - there is a pool where i was afraid to take a bath as the water was dirty, unclear full of chlorine. The whole week that i was there did not see not even one time the pool filters working. Even so, the pools were crowded with people. -the wifi is horrible - sometimes not even working at all I do have pictures with all the points mentioned above (even the speed of the wifi), but i choose not to post them. I truly believe that, with some investments, this hotel could be restored to its former glory. And, it was also my feeling that, the management is doing everything in its powers to address the issues.

Staff were all very pleasant and helpful

Pool area needing refurbed, broken tiles, wobbly hand rails. My Daughter and family required to be moved to another room as room infested with mosquitoes and foul smelling. My Daughter who is pregnant was badly bitten during first 2 nights in room. For cost of room it was very poor.

The garden was very nice.

Wi-Fi was practically not working!

Cheap and good location, reception staff were friendly and helpful. Room was large.

Very large hotel, long walk to hotel rooms from reception, pool ect and minimal lifts available considering how many rooms there are. We were in the ‘premium side’ but build had cheap finishes. There was a leak from the ceiling in the bathroom. No views from our room.

Convenient location

Was not favorable, poor cleanliness, towels old and discoloured, air conditioning not working well , clogged shower, long wait times for bar . Over priced This hotel failed to meet my expectations for the price I paid I would not recommend this place to anyone !

Garden was very nice and food was varied. Rooms with garden view were nice and specious.

Booking and hotel system didn't sync and we had a big misunderstanding. We were a big group. They said that I had booked only double rooms, but i wanted to have rooms for 4 ppl. Luckily booking app showed all the persons and rooms I had paid already. Eventually everything was cleared up. A lot of room changing though. There was A LOT of mosquitos in our room, with the old air conditioner where they might came, since other rooms did not complain about it.

Our first time with our little daughter who’s 9 months! Comfy beds but didn’t have a cot available for us unfortunately. Over all very good experience.

Chaos of the paying for drinks after the meal but I completely understand the process. Honestly I have nothing to complain about

The gardens and pool area were lovely

The rail into the pool was very loose. The sunbathing area with the large beds needs care. Some of the beds had no shade covers. Some were dirty

The breakfast was great lots to choose from likewise with the dinner we especially loved the steak and brussel sprouts

Excellent hotel in a great location

Mostly everything the hotel was good, the staff were good and always willing to help. Good position near the marina.

The one downer was that there were no facilities to make coffee or tea in the room.

Excellent receptionist Gloria so friendly and helpful. Location. Premium room which we always book.food selection is good and varied.

Food was good but nearly always cold no matter what time we arrived in dining room.Wi Fi was non existence unless you went to reception floors in bedroom were not swept dust all around floor.
