Wonderful hotel, clean and spacious rooms, very attentive staff. They let us check in before check in hours since our room was ready. Easy access to the transportation network of Milan through the nearby Rho station. In the same building you can find a very supplied supermarket if you need it. The breakfast had a decent amount of variety, especially the sweets (several different croissants available). Rooftop terrace is nice, but we didn’t use it because of the rain. I would just like to note that the hotel restaurant has great food but the service is slow and chaotic, unlike the experience with the hotel itself.

It’s an old but maintained hotel in suburbs of Milan. We booked this on our way to lake Como. Not much dining options and breakfast was lower than average. It has very large rooms though.

They don’t talk English, toilet not very clean. Bedding sheets whole week same , and had someone’s blood stains, tried to tell them they didn’t understand.

The hotel was ok but please call the taxi company and say the taxi driver cheated me with overprice. He charged me eur120 from hotel italiana rho feir to malpensa airport. The taxi meter started from 20euro and he lied that he has to turn the meter machine on from when he got the call from hotel. Hotel called taxi on june 11, around 9.39am and i got off the cap at 10.20am. What an amazing last memory of italy..

Rooms need to be maintained. We changed rooms three times. Air con not working. Then air con too loud. Third room and a fridge that did not work. Night staff not very helpful. Did not seem to care. Said to open a window.

Great stay at the hotel. Large rooms with great view. Super market in the base floor.
Only claim is that the fitness machines doesn’t work. They are too old, would recommend to replace the running machine, the running belt doesn’t work.

The center until you’re there. 30 mins baxk and forth you’re spending more money on the Uber. The hotel was fine, breakfast was amazing.

Again it surpise us that the reception personell i a hotel seem to be bothered by guests. No smile, no feeling of a wish to make us feel welcome. A bottle of wine was included in the booking but we had to ask for it and the clerk was not eager to give it to us. A strange smell in the reception but the room was ok. The cleaning could have been better but was ok. It was saturday so there was some noise from the street, but not a big problem. Located near the railway station which was the most important reason for choosing this hotel. Good, paid parking near the hotel. If your goal is to visit Venice, this is an ok choice. Breakfast was good.

Nice Hotel with convenient free parking. Temp in room hot and system not working to adjust. Window wouldn't open to help. Sink didnt drain and the wifi was not reachable in our room. Staff was pleasant and overall the experience was fine since it was only one night we stayed.

Reception was very helpful in telling us the best way to get to Milan Centre. Dinner was nice and service staff were friendly. Breakfast also came with a good selection of different breakfast foods. Wifi in the room was pretty terrible. Parking was free and convenient.

I choose this place because of the nice old building renovated to a nice modern hotal, and the location. I could check in to our room first, leave the car in front of the hotel, then took a train to the center. Good breakfast.

The staff were great however no kettle or coffee making facilities in the room and it could have done with a lick of paint. Not sure how it is 4* aircon sounds like a jet engine! Situation is good and breakfast is good if you are from the continent.
Be aware if you want Metro and Milan tickets the coffee shop sells cheap tickets. Train schedules at weekend are not that reliable so ensure you have options and have planned the journeys.

The hotel rooms were very clean but need a lot of updating. There was mould on the walls where the head of the bed was and also mildew along the bathroom tiles. Breakfast was okay not very cub of a selection of hot breakfast. In our 2nd day we came in to our room from a long day out in the town and found our room door was open. Housekeeping had come in while we were out as we had new towels and freshly made bedding but all out belongings were in the room. I called down to reception immediately to notify them and the hostess responded by saying “she does not know why that would of be done and there’s nothing she can do about it”. I explained that this needed to be escalated to management but we did not hear back from them. I would not be staying at this hotel again.

When checking in the two ladies at the front desk was not helpful at all the room was a little dog we wanted to change your location and it will not give us a hint on where to go there was no restaurants close by there was no shopping close by the taxi tubes like 10 minutes to get there it was not

Location was terrible it's located in the ghetto of Rio there is no restaurants there is no Transportation the trains for a way to get the bananas like a half an hour drive and it cost $80 to get there would not recommend that speak please for anybody to visit at

The property is very dirty, dust and unclean sheets, the concierge had a very bad manner and lack of knowledge.

The hotel was okay however there is no restaurants nearby or any shops. There wasn’t much choice of food. Our room was really cold and it wasn’t as warm as we would’ve liked it. Breakfast buffet was really good.

This hotel is a renovated cotton factory! Very high ceilings in the rooms, hardwood floors throughout and tasteful decor. Very modern feel, like most italian hotels in milan. Breakfast buffet was scrumptious!

Very nice hotel. Room was very spacious and clean. Hotel is not so easy to find, but after 10 minutes of searching we found it. Ample parking area. Staff is friendly and helpful. The price of the hotel is very reasonable. Only issue we had was initially finding the place, and the area surrounding the hotel is not so great. Not many things to do in the immediate vicinity.
