I am thrilled to find a nice hotel such as this that does not take in pets! The rooms are spacious with kitchen facilities as well. Bedding is very comfortable and the breakfast buffet is well appointed. Only two small suggestions: make check in at 3pm instead of 4pm and put another mirror someplace else in the space. Right now there was only one mirror--in the bathroom.

Great hotel. Very clean. Bartender was not good. Left both times we were there for extended periods. Coffee at breakfast ran out and was not replaced for last 30 minutes we were at breakfast. But hotel room and hotel itself were fine.

In town for a family wedding. Hotel was a good value for the money. Great location, large rooms and clean. Not luxurious, but nice hotel for the price.

Enrique was extraordinarily pleasant and helpful upon check-in and anytime I needed anything. He started my stay with the bar set very high!
The area is convenient and safe, with so much in walking distance. Great experience!

I had to switch rooms because I didn't want to be all the way in the back away from the elevator.
After I switched to 317 and was getting ready to get in the bed. I noticed that the sheets had stains on them and there was hair on the pillowcase. So, I called to the front desk to get new sheets delivered.
The front desk clerk stated that housekeeping had left since it was approaching 11pm, but he would have someone deliver the sheets.
Someone brought the sheets. However, the sheet set was too small (Queen size sheets). I had a King size bed. Also, he didn't bring pillowcases with the sheets.
Again, I called downstairs to make sure the front desk agent knew that the sheets were too small.
In addition to all of this taking place, the toilet was running all night. So, I wasn't able to get much sleep. My stay wasn't good at all.
Lastly, the breakfast selection was just ok. The best part of the stay was the convenience to everything, i.e., shopping, restaurants, etc.

I love the location and the rooms are very comfortable. The bar looks very nice but needs to have a good bar tender. Not everyone ones to have a relaxing drink at a noisy local restaurant.

When arriving at night, the hotel was difficult to locate . The signage when entering the mall area did not indicate which direction to go. The signs on the hotel itself were not lit up so couldn't see in the dark.
Buttons in the elevator were held in place by scotch tape.

We truly apprciat4ed the hotel property being adjacent to a major shopping, where we could shop and patronize the various shops and eat at the restaurants of our choice!

The hotel is in the middle of the city. I would say it is walkable to the river but I would not walk at night because of lots of homeless and sometimes drugged individuals. Overall, the hotel was great, excellent staff, room was very spacious with a few. I will definitely come back

Other than a foul odor in the hallway when I exited the elevator, the stay was nice. I will definitely be staying here for my future Short Pump stays.

The location was great right next to an outdoor mall. Everyone was friendly and the bed was super comfortable.

The gentlemen who checked me in seemed to actually want to be in the hospitality industry. What a nice change! They were so kind and helpful.
It would be good if they had a look at the caulking in the bathroom. Other than that the room was well stocked and clean!

The property was nearby to local shops and restaurants, which was very convenient. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was great and added an extra perk to our stay! We will recommend to family and friends.

The property is connected to a shopping area and many restaurants. You can park for free. The rooms were clean and had a great breakfast.

Worst stay of my life. I reserved a suite and received an unlivable space. Dirty, smelly, w pull up bed that had nothing but springs. I had to to go downstairs and replace the room. Ended up w a regular small 2 queen bdr for a suite price. Ridiculous!!!!!
Also, only one elevator was working the entire stay, which made no sense given the size of this hotel. We spent hrs in the lobby waiting for the cab to show up.

This weekend the property had a a lot of guest. From family reunions to young athlete's. The staff handled things very well. I love that you could cast to the TV, the apps you had on your own phone! The only negative was they only had one elevator working which made the on an elevator extra long. Other than that, great place to stay.

Had a great 2night stay! I will be returning anytime I’m in the area. Location was absolutely amazing. The ladies at front desk and the bar were amazing and very helpful. Amazing breakfast staff as well, a little let down the pool had been covered up but the outdoor patio is still a relaxing place to enjoy.

One of the two elevators was broken. Long wait times! Rotten Egg smell and broken a/c in common areas, run down looking with peeling paint in hallways. Check in guy was nice, the house keeping lady at 9am on the day we checked out banging on the door was not so nice!
I have stayed in Hyatts before but this by far wasn't cheap and wasn't a good stay or hotel at all!!!
