Very comfortable and clean place to stay. If you need wifi this is not your place. The only wifi seems to be in the rec room and it's open limited hours and drops frequently. Small mountain town unreliable internet. Other than that we had a wonderful time at the condo.

Wonderful location to the Lakes Basin! There was a shuttle that brought us directly to the gorgeous twin lakes! It was SO convenient to the village and the mountains. My kids had an awesome time playing in the Rec center, jacuzzi and in the giant snow hills in July!! The 2023 water supply was so spectacular!

Everything is condo is very old and it doesn't look like the condo has been maintained for a long long time. We paid a lot per night and what we got was a 2 star hotel with close to zero amenities and no room service to change the towel or bedsheets and the place is far from the lifts so you have to drive and pay for another parking by the lifts. The location to the center is good so with a few minutes drive you can to restaurants and shops. But I would never ever stay there.

Fantastic condo. Perfect for anyone looking for a cozy weekend in the mountains. The condo was well stocked, and the recreation area (hot tub, pool table, ping pong, foosball) is a great place to wait out a storm. 10/10 would come back.

This condo had everything I was looking for. Visiting Mammoth to enjoy the Village wine walk, I wanted one that was within walking distance, easy downhill walk to get there, a little incline walking back but not bad. The only reason I took a star away is because the jacuzzi was not working the one night we really needed it, after a day of hiking. We did use it the night before and it was perfect. The location of the condo is just steps away from the pool, jacuzzi and BBQ’s. The kitchen is very well equipped, the deck is nice to soak in the morning sun. Very comfortable, I will stay here again.

This was a much family vacation with my parents. Very disappointed to walk into the condo with used and almost empty liquid soaps and an absolutely non- working dishwasher. Asking for RE- fills and fixing things is not easy and accessible either so where does it leave you ? We knew that the facility does not have laundry machines in the condo and so on and so forth but this added negligence is not acceptable

This condo was perfect for the two of us. It was clean and equipped with everything we needed. we loved being able to bbq in the communal area where everyone was very friendly. Pool was warm, and hot tub great after a long day of hiking.

Are trip was for a weeklong birthday celebration for both my husband and I. The family went, we loved the location that it was close to the ski resort. Being there with all the snow all around us was awesome!

They weren't clear on the reservation that you had to check in at a different location a few miles from the condo. It was advertised to have wi-fi, but this condo did NOT have any internet at all!

This was a very nice condo which I think is owned by a private party who rents it out. It is older, perhaps built in the 70’s, but is very nicely apportioned and new carpet, great bed, and tv and sofa for relaxing. We spent 2 nights here and we felt like we were staying at a friend’s home. I wish all our vacation stays were like this unit!

Great check in! Good deal for the money paid. Its just an old condo with an outdated kitchen. But because it was as cheap as a hotel room in town it was worth the money spent for more space.

Its was overall a great location and a good little condone the only problem was the beds were very uncomfortable for 3 out 4 people that slept there. I would stay there again but I would rather sleep on the couch or floor

Outdated, but doable one bedroom condo. We had two adults and two children. Plenty of room as there are bunk beds built in and a large sectional with sleeper sofa. Sofa was comfortable and good seating.
If I were the owners, I'd take out a lot of the outdated decorations, like very old artificial flowers and trinkets. Less is best so to speak...especially when nothing is updated but TVs.

We had stayed at this particular condo just a month prior, and the observations I made them are the same as the ones I'd make now with a few additions.
The furniture is dated and dusty, the carpet dirty. There's no wifi available. Cable tv not working, DVD player not working, remote controls all had drained batteries.
The place is advertised as pet friendly, but it doesn't seem to have been cleaned thoroughly from the previous visitors who came with pets.
Overall, I would probably not book this place again not would I recommend it to others. The only reason I stayed there again was it was the only pet friendly place we found through Expedia without having to stay in a small hotel room; though that probably would have been better.
