Wonderful hotel! From the outside it looks small, but on the inside it is huge! Rooms are very spacious. Rooms and hotel is a but older; but that is part of the charm. The staff is very kind and accommodating. There is a laundry service as well. Pool is nice to lay and sit by. Restaurant is there too, we did not eat at it but saw plenty of people having breakfast. Hotel is in the heart of downtown Mérida and direct access to everything you want and need! Definitely recommend staying here. Reasonably priced.

Can’t say enough about the hotel staff - I was in a room that was above a fruit tree so there were ants in the bathroom and the staff switched me to another room upgraded for no charge. They were so friendly and accommodating throughout my whole stay and even when I told them I would be home late they waited up for me. Would highly
Recommend. Pool and hotel area were nice, ac worked, didn’t eat there but they had breakfast.

Hotel Hacienda was a great location for our stay in Merida, the hotel is close to local shopping, restaurants, and city squares. The hotel is accurately reflected in images online and has beautiful pools and scenery. My room was comfortable and matched the description and images shared.

The Hotel Haciendo was our perfect oasis from the heat and pace of spending the day exploring Merida. The service was truly impeccable, and having breakfast available every morning was a great and delicious way to start the day. We would absolutely stay here again!

Hacienda Mérida is a hidden gem! We were Absolutely delighted with the place. Comfortable bed. Lovely linen. Old world charm. 5 star service! The art on the walls made the entire place into a fabulous gallery! The pools and courtyards were surrounded by lush greenery, with no hint of the hot streets just outside their front door. We cannot say enough good things about the place.

You cancelled our reservation the afternoon before we left. You booked us at Hotel Marionetas nearby. You explained that it was because the room was under construction. We went there and our name was never on their list of bookings. The room was not in construction. People were using the room. The hotel you put us in was a poor alternative. There should be zero stars on this failure on your part.

Excellent place to stay. Amazing pool, clean modern rooms. Great breakfast available at the hotel. The staff here are amazing. Everyone is friendly, helpful and want to make sure you are happy staying at the hotel. They really made this an enjoyable place to stay. A peaceful, calm oasis in the middle of the city. Thank you!

This is a gem! Amazing staff and the rooms are fantastic. One thing that seems to get overlooked in a lot of the reviews I read is a comment about the water pressure. Omg! It’s some of the best I’ve ever had. I’m the highest Marriott Bonvoy elite status and I stay in hotels well over 100 nights per year. This is something that needs to be addressed. The water pressure was just that good. Plus never ran out of hot water.

Beautiful property, fully refurbished 100 year mansion nested just in the heart of the historical city center. Amazing staff and incredible breakfast.Free hotel parking just around the corner. Great place!! fully recommended!!

Even that I have contacted in person this property one month before, to requested to keep the same room the 4 nights that I have reserved. When I check in the refuse and put me in the smaller and more dark in the property. No amenities .

A very nice colonial hotel blocks away from the historic center. The staff is excellent and very friendly. The breakfasts are high quality and the Cappuccino with fresh orange juice hit the spot. It is nice to have a quiet breakfast in a peaceful setting when your daily outing is full of loud Merida auto traffic. I would gladly return and stay at this hotel again.

I like the guess service but they need to improve the facilities no refrigerator, not enough ventilation in the bathroom and schedule to use the swimming pool.

I have stayed in many hotels throughout México. Overall this is one of the best. Certainly equal to the best of service I have received. The staff is the friendliest I have ever encountered.
Central location, parking, clean. The only thing I would have liked as an amenity is a refrigerator. Mérida is hot!! Otherwise perfect!!

I very much enjoyed my stay at Hotel Hacienda Mérida Centro and would definitely stay there again. I opted for a poolside suite, which was definitely worth it. The hotel was within walking distance to everything I needed, including a few vegan restaurants. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe at the hotel and walking in the general area, even at night. The hotel staff is very nice and helpful. I had arrived early in the morning after a long overnight layover, and because my room was ready, they allowed me to check in immediately, which I very much appreciated. The hotel is beautiful and felt great walking into after a long day of sightseeing.

The location was walking distance from the city center. However, we did not get the room that we reserved. They made a mistake in reservation and gave us a smaller room. even though they reimburse us for the differences in price, it was very inconvenient.

We were surprised at how charming and lovely the hotel is. The staff are warm, accommodating and engaging. The breakfast was delicious and inexpensive. We were disappointed that we didn’t receive the pool suite we reserved but they gave us a discount. This was the only concern.
