Great hotel, very well located to visit Lucca, just outside the walls. Easy to walk in the center of the town. Staff is very helpful. We enjoyed the free parking, the relaxing terrace and the free bikes. Will stay there again.

A lovely hotel. I didn't have chance to try the spa facilities so I can't comment on them. The staff were extremely helpful and giving me lots of suggestions of sights to visit in Lucca. It was a short walk to the walls and from there into the town which is beautiful.

Very clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay, the reception staff Anna, Sonia and Riccardo were friendly and helpful and Iuliana made sure that the amazing breakfast was service with a smile. They were all wonderful ambassadors for the hotel and we loved it!

Great few days here. Room was good size for a double with comfy bed and a/c. Location was super, just outside the walls of Lucca and ample car parking

It was ideal for access to both Lucca old town and the concert we went to.

The entire staff was excellent. In particular the front desk staff provided friendly and helpful assistance, and made us feel like honored guests each time we walked into the lobby.

Our room was large with a very comfortable king bed. The outside terrace and lounge provided us with the ideal space for some quiet enjoyment. The buffet breakfast choices were most enjoyable.
The hotel location, just outside of the walls and a short walk to the station, suited us perfectly. However, the best thing about this hotel has to be the staff, who treated so well.

Fabulous, location is perfect for the old town, great staff, free bike hire, great choice of breakfast, everything is clean. The spa was closed on Sunday so did not use.

Perfect for our visit. Outside the Lucca Wall so easy to park, but so close that walking was easy.

Hotel is in an excellent location. Close to the train station and across street from the old Town. Very friendly and helpful staff. Bed was very comfortable. Very clean place.

Very helpful staff. The restaurant next door is excellent. They lend out bikes which allowed us to see and so much more locally. The location is excellent, just outside the city walls and walkable to the train station. Very clean. Would use again.
