Comfortable stay and the view from the room was incredible but the hotel is a bit tired and in need of a bit of TLC. Perhaps a bit more attention to detail would be good. For example we ran out of soap in the shower soap dispenser. The beds did not look that well made when we arrived. Breakfast was great. Overall good but not wonderful

Good location to ferry port and national park. Nice beach bar but closed early. The buffet breakfast had a good amount of choice, but options were a bit hit and miss.

Don't feel the hotel was as advertised. In desperate need of an update. Felt very 80s. Paint touches in the hotel were shoddy, decorators in desperate need of some masking tape. The 'pool' advertised is a kiddie pool and during our stay it wasn't even filled up. The hotel also advertised as having WiFi but this isn't available anywhere except the lobby. We wasted a lot of data here. We looked at the buffet dinner for €20 as saw good reviews about it but there were limited options, looked a bit like school dinners and although we arrived at the start time food looked a bit dried out. Very minimal options for vegetarians. We spend some of our time sunbathing but had lots of handymen around painting and drilling which didn't make us feel very relaxed. Overall we were hoping to sunbathe, lie by the pool, have a nice dip and relax. Didn't feel this way here. If you have the option to come for the day, I would recommend not staying.

The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. Very quiet. The staff were helpful. The buffet dinner for €20 each had lots of selection but we couldn’t even get a glass of water without paying for it. It would be nice if non-alcoholic drinks were included in the price. Nice balcony so we could sit outside.

Rooms were small. Wifi didn’t reach our room. There is no elevator in the “Pavilion” building so we had to lug our luggage up several flights of stairs (there were no offers to help). The configuration of the room meant that the wardrobe door smashed into the main door hinge every time it opened. Better to just remove the doors altogether as it’s not functional the way it is. We kept tripping over the strip on the floor between the bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom lighting needs to be improved. There is no safe in the room for valuables.
