Location is exceptional in the town. Breakfast is very good, with a variety of beautiful fresh and dry fruit, warm and cold food.

Since I was there in the middle of Winter season, heating was unbalanced from time to time. Wi Fi signal was sometimes weak.

Receptionist was superb service. Location is fantastic. Parking easy and close by even though it is not mentioned under facilities.

Breakfast waiter really wasn't happy to be there LOL. The whole hotel feels very worn down and tired, definitely needs an update and new carpets. It is totally outdated. Bed covers are tiny so if you're not a kid, you will barely be entirely covered.

We had a balcony room over-looking the Adriatic. The room was very nice. It was quiet, for the most part. Bathroom was nice. Staff was very nice and helpful. Location is wonderful as it is but a few steps away from the walkway that runs for kilometers along the Adriatic and from some nice restaurants. Breakfast was very nice. Buffet style with lots of choices. There is an elevator. It was as described and we enjoyed our stay here with a few exceptions.

So we had the half-board with the room and we were rather disappointed with the dinner aspect. The first two nights we were there, there was also a tour bus there and so they had this nice buffet dinner that had lots of choices to it. Problem was that we had to fight with the tour bus people for the food and they were rather pushy and loud and very, very hungry. Every time I went to the buffet to get something, the tour bus people had emptied it! On the third night, the tour left and since there were only a few of us staying at the hotel, the buffet went away and we had a choice of left-overs of what they had served the night before. Not what I expected. I've stayed at many a place in Europe with half-board and this was by far the worse of them as far as the food was concerned, mostly because of that last meal. And then there was the waiter. He was a slop to say it nicely. His shirt was hanging out, you could see right through it to his undershirt, he seemed half-shaved, was rather large and wasn't very nice. And then there is the parking. There is not enough parking if the hotel is full or close to full. And if you don't get a parking at the hotel, then you are screwed. Nothing else available.

Central Lovran. Near to the beach. Helpful staff.

A bit old furniture. Hard to get cold water in the bathroom. Noise from the street and other rooms.

Great central location. A pool and wellness zone. Room was comfortable and cosy with a large terrace and a sea view. Great armchair! Dinner was always excellent.

The staff is extremely professional and available to help. The location of the hotel is unbeatable for exploration of Lovran and the Kvarner Bay.

Perhaps parking could be improved and working hours of the swimming pool extended. The hotel is also a bit worn out.
