Hotel over booked and was unable to give us the room with two queens which I had made my reservation for. My whole family was in a king room. The room smelled, the pull out bed that was provided in place of our queens was terrible and had disturbing stains. The bathroom drains were the source of the smell in the room and the ceiling had some odd spot that looked like vomit on it. The front desk was unhelpful.

There was no coffee in the morning. On the morning of a holiday weekend (Veterans day), they had no coffee!! “Waiting for the shipment”!!!!! How about sending somebody to the nearest grocery store to get a few pounds?!

Ongoing construction was a bit inconvenient but overall it was a good stay

Room was clean, well arranged and comfortable. Slept well in the beds, pillows needed to be replaced as they were flat and uncomfortable. Lobby is clean with seating available. Breakfast was great is, lots of variety and very helpful staff. Would definitely stay again

When you walk into the hotel it’s clean and friendly. When you get to your room that’s when it goes down hill, the carpet was dirty, the shower wouldn’t drain because it was so full of hair. They didn’t leave extra pillows for the pull out bed so we called down to ask for a few more and they told us they were out of pillows( mind you it was a Sunday night and the hotel wasn’t very busy). There wasn’t a battery in the fire alarm.

Everything was wonderful from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. We will definitely stay there again! The staff were all so friendly and helpful with any questions we had.

This hotel was a lil bit dated and they were working on updates. Everything was clean and staff was very helpful. Enjoyed our stay.

We were booked on a very late flight and we let the front desk know that we would be checking in near midnight. The desk clerk was so welcoming, inviting and fully expected us. The clerk at the desk even let us know that should we need anything as we reached our room and settled in, they were available! Truly a good experience.

Lobby was under construction. Narrow area to navigate the luggage cart through. I actually got the wheels of the luggage cart caught up on the construction drapes that seperated the lobby from the interior construction area.

I do not recommend staying here. The elevator has stains in the carpet and smelled like pee. I took the stairs instead and I stayed on the 4th floor. The main reason for picking this place was for the amenities and I couldn’t even enjoy them. The gym was under construction so I had to pay extra money to join a gym for a week. I laid out by the pool they had the doors open from the building as the construction was going on so I could hear all the noise. They are remodeling the whole place and it’s not a place to stay for relaxing vacations. My time off was ruined by staying here. Please don’t waste your money coming here. I wish they warned me about the construction in the listing. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Our room was beautiful! The staff was amazing and even though breakfast is not served, we had the ability to make exactly what we wanted because of the full beautiful kitchen. It was also a great value for our stay. I cannot wait to stay here again!!!

Overall it was ok. I did accidentally leave an item behind and called them to see if anyone found it. Was told they would call me back but never received a call back.

Very unsafe with doors unlocked due to construction. No seating for breakfast which was not good. Shower broke while water was on. Very noisy!!!

I alway stay here atleast onces a month for work or with family. This is a great hotel however it would be nice to get some car chargers to make it and excellent hotel.

Very, very nice rooms and if you get on the one of the higher floors you have either a great sunset or sunrise in AZ. They were under construction when I was there but still a good experience. It's about a 3-5 min drive from the San Tan Village area that has just about every major store, shop and restaurant you can imagine.

The staff was great here but the property was under construction - only one elevator was working, no place to sit basically, no room to spread out. I complained numerous times during our stay but nothing happened. Nobody stepped up and took responsibility.i don’t think I will be using Expedia in the future.
