This place was really beautifully decorated and close to everything. The Sevice was good. However there was a rancid smell in our room that the people in reception did not take seriously. I guess they thought us to be smelly Americans. I think there was an issue with their sewage line or something. I hope they get it fixed.

Lovely little beach town getaway. Friendly staff, in a convenient location. Enjoyed walking the surrounding streets, trying the shops and restaurants and cafes.
We tried the on-site restaurant but enjoyed other eateries around town more.
Air conditioned rooms were a necessity - glad this amenity is available here.
Rooms, especially the bath/shower parts, were small, even in the suites, probably just the way this town is, like many beach tourist communities.
Biggest downside was a popular bar across the street and a few doors down that played loud dance/disco/club music continuously on most days of our trip, until at least midnight. Not possible to enjoy the lovely balcony and get in some sun unless you like boom-boom-boom music. Even in the rooms with the patio doors closed it was loud enough to keep us awake.
Not sure if that's seasonal or what, so maybe ask about your stay dates if that sounds like an issue.

hotel 4 stars a Saintes maries de la mer. Very friendly and attentif staff. Our superieur rom was large with a small seating area. The amenities were excellent with bathrobes, expresso machine and small fridge. The bathroom was small and poorly lite but confortable enough. The decoration of the room was country like.
The location of the hotel was excellent with several nearby restaurants and close to the beach.
I would have liked to have more light and a new carpet in the hallways. Would certainly return to this hotel again

Pool was great staff responsive. First room we were given had a slider that would not lock so we were moved.

The location is great. Front Desk staff was friendly and escorted us up to the room and gave us a room orientation. They also gave us a tour of the Spa. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the hotel's amenities.

This was a very last minute reservation, as we were passing the area late at night.
The hotel is centered in city with an attached restaurant right next to it. The room is a very basic, but that’s all we needed.

Young Receptionist was absolutely fantastic, her cheerfulness and assistance made up for awful room. The food was good and waiter very polite. Would recommend only because of fantastic Receptionist and good food

Strangest room configuration ever. Weird faux wood decor made the room very dark and ugly. Floor tiles also dirty. Room divided up by multiple sliding doors making it very tight. Gross fake grass on balcony felt spongy and dirty.

We cannot thank the hotel staff enough as they were all so friendly and worked hard to ensure every guest feels welcome. The hotel is in a convenient position with free parking outside. It has very interesting decor. We arrived very early and the Reception Team were lovely and kept our luggage for us while we went off to explore the town. When we returned they had taken our luggage up to our room and we were given a tour of the amenities and advice on all the services available.We had breakfast in the hotel once and felt that the charge was a little steep. It is much more fun to go and sit at a cafe and drink coffee and each croissants and watch the people going about their business.The Camargue is a lovely area to explore and there is so much to see and do. We thoroughly recommend it.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff was helpful. I do feel it's a bit overpriced, but it's the best option in Saintes Maries. The pool area is lovely. The parking situation could be better.

Came here on short notice. Nice hotel with great staff. Good restaurant. Close to everything. Especially liked the French Bullfights that were going on the weekend we were there.

Wonderful hotel only minutes from the beach. What a nice surprise. The staff was very helpful and the rooms although small, were very clean. You could walk the centre of town in 3 minutes. Parking was pretty easy. I would definitely stay at this hotel again

We stopped over in Saintes-Maries on our way to Cannes. In hindsight we wish we had chosen to stay longer. The hotel was lovely - and ideally located slightly away from the main area , but very close walking distance to beach and restaurants etc! Will definitely return one day!! Junior site was a great accommodation for my husband and I and our 9 year old daughter

Ok so the hotel looks nice as soon as you walk in and even the room looks nice. But staff hardly speak any English. I do like the design of the rooms even though they have decorated it all with IKEA furniture but to be honest for what you get it is extermley over priced. I Stayed in a 4 star hotel with a bigger room right in the Centre of Cannes for half the price i paid for this one just 2 days later during the weekend.
Also how hard is it to install a simple shower curtain. Seriously the whole bath room was soaking and very slippery just after a 5min shower.
The stair case going up to the first floor was one of those round and narrow ones and its an absolute nightmare to get ur luggage up and down as there is no lift. And to top it up the stair case had no working working light to illuminate it which makes it very dangerous. I will defo not go back.

This is a spa hotel in "shabby chic"style. The room was smallish but very well styled. My room had access to an outside terrace area with sun lounger and table. The lock was broken on the glass doors which gave access to this area, so it was a security risk. The hotel is slightly away from the down town area but still within walking distance of the main amenities.
16 euros is rather over the top for a buffet breakfast. You could do almost as well at the brasserie across the road for 5.5 Euros.
