This is a large hotel on the outskirts of town. The check-in was easy and friendly staff.
One unworking elevator.
Very small rooms with a older/poor layout, barn door that opens directly on bed so tough with lighting and privacy.
Shower decent.
No maid service for 2 nights. Starbucks coffee in gift shop is a bonus. Did not utilize breakfast.

Love this hotel, easy access to Hwy 9, store's restaurants. There's so much you can do at hotel.Breakfast is the best so much selections to eat and drink. Love the pool, hot tubs, pool tables, fancy restaurant inside the hotel.

Sleepless night! Despite setting the thermostat to its coldest (fan speed and temp.), our room was uncomfortably warm until around 4am. When I mentioned it to the front desk all I got was a cold shoulder. No partial credit, no apology. All that was said was we have engineering on the staff and they will have it looked at.

Didn't like the fact that the pool and gym area were closed from public use for a private event. My wife really wanted to go for a swim on Friday afternoon. Additionally there was some dripping noise that was keeping her awake that same night. To NCED's credit, they moved us to a similar room across the hall right away.

Lounge, Lobby and bar were updated and nice. However, the rooms are small, cramped bathrooms and everything was out of date. Unfortunately for the price we will not be booking again. The staff was very nice so thats too bad.

This hotel is great for one night - for an OU football game. The furniture and decor is old, clean, gaps under the door so hallway noise can be an issue. Free breakfast was great and the location to the lloyd noble parking lot is perfect.
This hotel was $200 cheaper than other hotels for gameday. So I will stay again.

For the price we paid our room was like a super 8 room. We expected something pretty nice for $200 a night. Probably won’t go back. It was clean and staff was awesome.

Nice place to stay for football games. Great breakfast buffet. Dates rooms but clean and comfortable. Our room was a “classic.” If you want an updated room go with premium.

VERY small, clean rooms. Description says sleeps 3…the only place for a third would be in the closet or entry floor! Small bed area, small bathrooms and vanity. Only had 2 towels and one wash cloth. Sink water pressure was very low. Wouldn’t stay here again unless Ii got it for much less.

The only reason we booked this property was to use the pool, we where heading to the Oklahoma football and wanted to relax before the game but the pool was closed do too a private event, I could have a much cheaper hotel if I did not want to use the pool.

This property raised the bar on just about every other hotel I have stayed at before. Not much to complain about at all!!

Lots to do on the property itself, and beautifully landscaped; we just needed a place to sleep before our event the next day. Breakfast was included and was great: premade hot foods like sausages and bacon, pancakes and biscuits. Lots of delicious fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals and pastries, also omelets and waffles made to order.
Room was very small, bathroom and tiny counter even smaller. We had no soaps when we arrived and phone to front desk didn't work at all. We asked for soap when we left for dinner; it was at our door when we came back. We told them not to worry with the phone, but regretted it when we went to bed and realized our pillows were so tiny and flat that we couldn't sleep on them. Bed was very, very firm and pillows were nonexistent.

Great value. Rooms are a little out dated BUT very clean and in great repair. Common areas geeat. Pool, gym, exercise rooms all geeat. The food in the restaurants was good too. Over all great value and would stay again. Thanks.

Needs some updating. It was okay, but probably wouldn't stay there again. It served the purpose for our 1 night stay.

We reserved 5 room and we had to put up 500 for a deposite. 100 per room. That was not automatically put back on once we checked. We still have not received it and was told it could take up to 7 days. We had to be moved to anothwr room because we woke up covered in ants the first night.

No power/no hot water in my room 5/17/24-5/18/24 They were working on a generator. I just wish I would’ve known this prior to my booking.

For the price the value is great! The hotel offers a ton of great amenities from a huge swimming pool with lap swimming, cafeteria, basketball court, great fitness center and a nice bar. The rooms are a little bit small but are properly furnished. Absolutely great value!

I enjoyed my 2-night stay at NCED as it was very clean, quiet, very comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff and a wonderful breakfast! The Starbucks Coffee in the little shop was great as well!

This is primarily a Governmental US Postal training with a monolithic exterior. At first I wasnt sure what to think, but surprisingly this place had amazing facilities! Full court Basketball gymnasium, top level and huge work out facility, plus an "all you can eat" buffet, sports bars, pool, firepits, this is a little secret gem I accidently discovered. Wouldnt suggest bringing the kids or coming for romantic setting, but perfect for a visit near Campus.
