Check-in was friendly and easy. Our room was downstairs and the window overlook the parking lot where we could keep an eye on our car. The beds had plenty of pillows. I love pillows. They had Wi-Fi cable TV refrigerator, microwave hot shower plugs to plug in our cell phones to charge by the bedside Heater was in working order so we stayed warm because it was cold outside.
Soap could’ve been better and shampoo was very cheap but good thing I brought my own as usual continental breakfast coffee, apples, waffles, and cereal and there was a coffee pot inside the room. I slept well. The pillows were a little hard, but there was plenty to prop myself.

This place is in dire need of upgrades. The room was “clean” but had a very strong chemical order. If you’re looking for just a place to sleep the cost is low. There are no creature comforts here.

Stayed for one night. The dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The floors had black tar smeared onto them with pieces of the “tar” all over. The tub had tar stuck in it. Made it unusable for us. We had to lay the towels down throughout to walk on because the floors were so dirty. Would not take our shoes off. Hair was all over the bathroom counter. Smelled of strong chemicals and smoke, even though it was non-smoking. Made it hard to breathe. Breakfast was all food from generic Walmart. Will not return. Ever.

I've stayed at this location twice and both times it was clean, comfortable and the management is excellent. Also offers breakfast and thats huge when traveling with kids. Anytime im in prescott i will book here.

We were attending an event so only spent one night. Room was very basic but decent, clean and quiet. Price was much better than other pkaces nearby.

It's an average hotel. It was as expected for the cost. The "breakfast" was minimal. Coffee was awful !

whatever cleaning or air freshener product they used was really strong smelling!!! it was difficult to fall asleep with that smell permeating the room. the trash container outside was overflowing and buzzing with flies. not good. I would not stay there again.

The room was clean and the front desk staff were efficient. The smell of the cleaning products was so strong that I would not stay there again. I didn’t have my room cleaned during my stay because I was afraid it would make the smell even stronger.

Got a 2 queen room. Both beds had dried sperm on the sheets. A chair that was about 20 to 30 years old that looked like someone pissed and crapped on it for half its life. Blow dryer melted. Pillows had woman’s makeup or yellow stain all over them. Went to tell the staff lights off nobody home. Sign to ring bell but no bell. Staff who own and live on the property only said you should have said something. No. You should now what conditions you’re putting custmers paying you damn bills are walking into.

Hotel is extremely out dated and a bit dirty unfortunately. Random furniture in random places in the Lobby like they got it from Grandmas house. Breakfast was a disappointment but free so can’t complain I guess. I wish I would have gotten a hotel towards downtown more for the same price. Wouldn’t recommend nor return to this facility.
Staff was nice and efficient so that was a positive thing.

Front desk was extremely nice but as soon as we walked in, it smelled like a CASINO! The smell of cigarette smoke was so strong it made my head hurt so bad. The carpets were very dirty. The hotel was hot in every hall way, the pool was not enjoyable since it was super humid in there. Breakfast at the hotel was not what you might imagine or expect. The breakfast was very very very limited and waffle maker did not work. The room itself was extremely small. There was very little walk around space and the refrigerator did not work! Also the a/c on first night started to give out and then we found bugs in our room !!!! We spent very little time in the room but it was enough to know we would never stay there again. We can see they are trying with remodeling bu sadly the negative outweighed everything. I guess you get what you pay for :(

What I didn’t like they are in process remodeling place looked a little rough.Air conditioning in hall ways walking to rooms didn’t work super hot in there. Had fan set up in hallways blowing hot air. Room was hot when checked in took 6hrs to finally cool it down. Room had basic remodeling. Probably will not stay there again.

Smokey hallways and corridors. Continental “breakfast “. Leaves a lot to be desired. If you want milk on cereal, you’ll be pouring it form a gallon milk jug. Bread for toast was from Walmart and still in the bag, stale and no tongs in sight. Don’t know how many people had touched the bread. Room was ok. Good amount of hot water

Double queen bed room met expectations. Included fridge and microwave in room, fridge was initially not plugged in and required furniture movement to resolve. Staff regarding this issue was very prompt and wonderful to deal with. Toiletries provided were poor quality (brittle handsoap that broke into little pieces and made usage difficult). Breakfast options required a bit of hunting to locate milk or yogurt in the fridge not prominently displayed.

Hotel was old and had an odor. Hallways had maintenance/cleaning paraphilia from check-in to bedtime. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was likely the sadist that I have ever experienced.

The rear exit door next to our room did not lock. That’s where people take their pets in and out. The breakfast area is way too small for more than three or four people to be in at the same time. Other than those two things the room is clean, and quiet. The bed is comfortable with plenty of pillows. The staff is super nice!

The room looked like something out of a 1990s newspaper article. The breakfast was limited to self serve waffles and old cereals. The bed in my room was as hard as a rock. There was somebody snooping in car windows in the parking lot in the middle of the night. The only positive thing was the front desk associates. Would not recommend.
