Everything was nice and clean except the air conditioning; there was a bit of trash in the ac. The staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious.

Hi, I'm satisfied my stay and all your attitude. I can feel the staff very welcome us. I will absolutely rate 9 due to very good experience from the staff. A male staff help me to register membership , I stays over 30 days Holiday inn in the pass few year in different country. No staff proactive help me register. And the female staff asked me again when I check out. And she also asked me how to improve. Although the room is not perfect, and somethings need to improve. She really mark it down on the paper. Water pressure is not high enough. Shower Water is not warm enough. Door cannot lock automatically after you close the door. Lotion in washroom look like mixed with water. No matter it can improve or not. They try their best. The breakfast is good! Machine making pancake, fast, clean, fresh. And also my fast time to see cooked Quaker oatmeal. I like it. Much better than the instant one. Appreciated for all your effort. We are very happy to stay here and will come back again.

Best hotel I've been at

The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was awesome. The bed was super comfy; it was one of my best nights in a hotel bed. Although everything was clean, the carpet and some grout in the shower wall need to be deep cleaned or redone.

This was a stop on the trip from Ottawa to London. It was a great place to stay, nice and quiet and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Next time I make the trip, I will likely stay here again.

Property, Staff, and grounds were pretty decent. Its the room and the service was bad it doesnt seem like the vacuum the rugs or really do a deep cleaning in the rooms.

I have been staying in this Holiday Inn every two years for the last 12 years. I must say that the property went downhill significantly. It smells musty, every surface appears sticky. The climate unit in the room is roaring and doesn't respond well to the thermostat. The walls are very thin and every noise in neighbouring rooms can be heard. They don't have enough cleaning staff- my room was cleaned once in a 5-night stay. That being said it isn't a posh hotel, so expectations aren't high- but with new hotels built recently in Port Hope and Oshawa, I can't see myaelf staying here again.

My stay was great! Rooms, tv and cable are dated, but the breakfast and service were great.

The front desk was very helpful & pleasant. The breakfast options were very good. The pool was nice & clean. Very good place to stay. I ended up needing to stay another night & the girl at front desk gave me the room for another at the same cost i paid for the previous night. Online it was alot more.

My only choice when staying in Bowmanville is the Holiday Inn Express Clarington. It’s easy when the rooms are always spacious, clean and cozy. Breakfast is always excellent with lots of selection and quality options. Great when visiting Canadian Tire Motorsport Park
