Loved this hotel, the only negative is oddly the pool- its green and slimey and needs a very good clean and more chlorine daily and the water changing, we knew about this from other reviews but didnt matter as we love the beach which is just over the road. everything else spot on!

The hotel was adequate for our needs, unfortunately the area was very crowded, very commercial. Will not return to this area.

Very old hotel needs to be totally renovated. Molds in shower, All tiles on balcony are broken and lose, was very dangerous and i couldn’t use balcony. Wish costed me alot!!! Water in shower get cold then warm every 10 sec. The Pool is a disaster, i went out of water with my kids coloured with yellow. They called on day before my check in asking me fir payment or they will cancel my booking, even if i payed extra so i can pay on arrival. Never again and be aware

Lovely hotel, Great breakfast options. It is family friendly despite the business appearance. Good access to Fuengirola, the marina and other transport options (train, bus). Very friendly and helpful staff.

It was centrally located so there are many places to choose to eat and also right by the beach. The hotel pool was nice to have access to because the beach is just too crowded. I enjoyed the spa services too.

Best hotel in the area

The parking in the hotel costs 20 or 25€, it was full when we arrived, but it wasn’t a problem ’cause there are parking spaces nearby. Hotel lobby smells good and looks so fab. Location is good👍: short walk to the beach, bars, restaurants, shopping establishments etc. We had the junior suite on the 8th floor—we love the big glass wall/window. Very nice room : clean and cozy with wonderful view. Quiet and relaxing. All the staff are very friendly, cheerful and helpful! Delicious breakfast and dinner. The kids also enjoyed the swimming pool. Overall experience: Great! Thank you so much✨

The fabulous Natalia along with Vanessa, Carlos and team at the Leonardo hotel are so helpful and made it anther great stay here. We will definitely return!

Lovely hotel stayed many times, pool warm staff friendly, only downfall when staying this time was they have taken away the cushioned covers for the sunbeds

We had the most perfect stay in the Leonardo hotel, the food was exceptional and some of the best hotel food we have had. The hotel is clean and tidy and the staff have been great. No issues with sun-beds either we easily got them when we had a pool day. Sadly no entertainment but it wasn’t needed as there’s lots of bars/ restaurants and a small children’s park opposite the hotel. Hotel is also in the perfect location for any water sports and the staff were great with booking our trips. A family of 6 with two young children and we loved it - thank you!

All good apart from the removal of the pool bed comfort padded liners for the pool beds. Also they have started charging for couple pool loungers. Although this may sound petty given everything else was great, I wasn't able to get comfortable on the pool beds, had to go to the beach and pay for comfort in the sun

Nice place close to the beach and restaurants. The pool area is quite small and a bit difficult to find a sunbed as idiot Brits are putting down their towel in the morning and claim the seat for the rest of the day without using them. Luckily the hotel have some larger sunbeds that can only be used if you pay 20€/day. This, however includes a bottle of cava and a fruit platter so we considered it a bargain. Would definitely use same hotel again if we would go to Fuengirola but will probably select a different town next time.

The hotel is very good quality, right next to the beach so lots to do in the area. Very beautiful aesthetic and very clean. The staff were amazing, they really went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great stay. 10/10 would definitely go back

Perfect location

One of the beds was pretty dirty in the hotel.

The hotel is well placed for the beach, shops and transport. The rooms are good and refreshed daily. The breakfast is reasonable and the pool area ok although not very big. The Wi-Fi is weak and very difficult to get connections only seems to connect on the ground and first floor levels.

Helt ok

Surely reception staff and very unhelpful. Pool bar closed earlier than advertised and couldn't get towels or drinks from an extremely rude bar person. No information in the room on any of the hotels amenities or policies. Very limited bathroom toiletries and hospitality tray had just one tea bag and just two coffee pods. Good points, location and Superior sea view room was large and comfortable with good air con, powerful shower and international TV. Unfortunately the good points aren't enough to outway the bad. Would not stay again and in no way 4 star in terms of facilities or standards!
