All staff need immediate training in customer service. Rules & regulations the inexperienced staff need to work to are beyond a joke. Check in was late and staff made promises they had no intention of keeping. Worst receptionists I’ve come across They absolutely do not care.

Nice property with a countryside feeling yet not far out of the city. Very calm place surrounded by water and right on the golf course. The restaurant on the premises is good too!

Area: Lovely area and surroundings Facilities: The classic suite was absolutely lovely. It lacked a fridge in the kitchen area and any pots, pans and cutlery but they may well be available on request otherwise we could have, happily, stayed there for weeks. Due to the pandemic, we were advised that the coffee pods and tea bags had been removed from the room but we were able to request them from reception. The big, spacious living room with a double sofa bed, dining table and chairs, coffee table, armchairs and the massive balcony made it absolutely lovely. The bathroom layout was a bit weird with the toilet off the living room and the bath/shower off the bedroom and no soap for hand washing in either. Unfortunately, we were not able to experience many of the facilities as we were travelling with our kids but there was kayaking, golf, cycling, beach and a spa available on site. Cleanliness: Due to the pandemic, we were advised that the room would not be cleaned whilst we were there, although this was the only hotel that told us that and, on check-in, the cleanliness was more than adequate. Breakfast: the buffet breakfast was comprehensive and plentiful (although the chef needs to work on the scrambled eggs..). Extra: one of our party was celebrating a birthday and we let them know whilst booking and they were very kind in offering a very nice presentation pack of fruit and macaroons.

Location is beautiful. I’m sure when it’s not raining it’s a lovely place to stay. My room Suffered from damp and mould, particularly in the bathroom. That’s my only negative. The restaurant is excellent! Great food and service. Good value too.

Perfect stop over on way back from Puy du fou to Roscoff with two teenage boys. Small outside swimming pool was very small but was perfect for the cool off dip following a hot day at the park - is a shame they can't swim in the lake but the "beach" side section with the little island and the swimming pool with the table tennis section was just what we needed for the couple of hours of daylight we had at the hotel. Evening meal was lovely although a la carte is rather expensive the daily set menu was perfect and the service spot on. We did go for the slightly upgraded room to ensure lake view and were happy as that put us right on the end with the "beach" as our view out of the windows. There is no A/C so that would cause some people an issue but was fine for us and the timber is looking like it could do with a little TLC now but otherwise this was perfect and must be ideal for those that love golf!

Nice golf hotel outside Rennes. Lovely staff and great grounds for a wander or run. Hotel rooms on stilts over lakes. rooms very large. We had a room with a separate bedroom and a living room. Balconies were great - nice views over lake. Canoeing available. Pool very small and very cold. Restaurant very nice, good food, not too expensive.

We found the rooms quite dated and the bathrooms very tired with cracked tiles and a little mould and peeling paint. Suprising for such a premium venue for wellness.

The quiet, a collection of large apartments built around a lake. Very family friendly. Lovely bar and restaurant.

Staff was very nice and welcoming, breakfast was great. We will go back definitely. It is a good facility, but the 4 stars seems overstated. Swimming pool was not ready for use, and some details in the rooms were not repaired, like some water leaks have deteriorated ceiling paint and/or walls.

Nice golf course, large suite which was fairly clean inside. Only issue is the spider webs and cobwebs, on the balcony, outside the door, as soon as you walk through the grounds you spot them everywhere. Huge webs that literally surround your room/suite and hang on your door. Not the best start if you have a phobia of spiders. The staff dont speak much english so hard to communicate and trying to order room service became a nightmare because of this so I gave up. Its close to the airport, €19 in a taxi. Dinner was lovely, however breakfast was bland and the food was cold And under cooked. Unable to sleep at night because of noise from the lake, wildlife seem to come alive at night and I heard my patio furniture moving at random times. A scenic place but not comfortable enough

Amazing stay. Lovely setting, spacious rooms, friendly staff.

The hotel on first impression is excellent but there are one or two small issues which detract from what could be an excellent hotel. There are tea and coffee making facilities in the room but no milk!!?? The heating is turned off due to the warmer than usual weather but when taking a shower in the morning there are only damp towels. It is such a pity that an excellent hotel falls down on trivial matters that would make the hotel excellent.

The setting of the hotel is lovely, very peaceful and pretty by the lake and golf course. We had a suite which was very spacious and comfortable, however lacked amenities considering such good facilities. There was only one cup in the kitchen, and no milk for coffee so we had to request, basically you wouldn't be able to actually use the nice kitchen unless you took your own bits. It stated biscuits, there weren't any. We also had a baby cot, but did not want to use as not very good quality and we found dried up leaves under the sheet. Regarding the staff, the person on reception was very nice and friendly, however the bar and waiting staff were quite rude and not attentive. We had to go up to the bar every time for drinks and orders, when it seemed other guests had table service, whether this was because we were English, who knows!!

A very comfortable suite for 3/4 people with lovely balcony with views over a lake. It was very quiet when we were there although with a golf course and spa available, which we didn't use, maybe it was not the right time of year. We arrived late on Sunday and despite being pretty much the only ones there, they opened the restaurant and did a very nice meal for us.

The bed was very comfortable. That was the best thing. The room was cold and had terrible, dark lighting. There was no convenient public transportation into Rennes. We did not have a good stay. This might have been a better experience if we had visited in the summer. At least then it would have been warm.

We stayed for 5 nights whlst we travelled around the area, the hotel is clean and tidy and offers a good standard of services overall. There are plenty of local facilities (restaurants, bars Etc) to provide and cover all tastes. Rennes in a lovely city and Bruz offers enough to keep almost everybody happy. I'd certainly return again and would recommend to family and friends.

New property for sure, and geared toward golfers, but was a great "find" for me.

Booked for one night but due to plane cancellation stayed a further night Excellent hotel welcoming helpful staff .Quiet large modern rooms overlooking placid winding river/lake system.On excellent golf course and only 10 mins from Rennes airport .hotel dinner was also superb.Highly recommend.

Arrived after 8 hours on the road from SW France. Very courteous staff both at reception and in the restaurant. Tolerated our basic French but could talk English extremely well. We had booked a family room that would usually have cost a fortune but we got a "special low rate" The room was a suite of rooms including 2 bedrooms and was perfect to allow us to relax after the long journey. The restaurant did not have a large menu but enough choice for us including children of ages: 5, 7, and 9. Not overly expensive either considering the quality of surroundings, food and service.
